They were amazing! The call was made late at night (9p on the Friday of a three day weekend!). They communicated that the plumber was at another job and my house was next. He called me on his way to let me know he needed gas and would be late - I love communication so that was awesome. Seth explained to me everything he was doing, even when he had to call the property owner and explain what was going on at 1am! He got the problem fixed for me- completely fixed! even after I said I would be content with water not spraying all over my bathroom for the night and finished up at 2am. He even got the shop vac out so I didn’t have to keep using towels to dry up all of the water everywhere. Seth was professional, nice and good humored even at 2am! Thank you so much!

Water heater went out so we called goettl. They were able to get us on the schedule same Day thank goodness. Eric S was our technician and he was great. Got everything back up and running and showed me what was going wrong so I could trouble shoot the issue if it happens again in the future. Thx for the prompt service and for being awesome Eric!

Chase was very professional and fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was back up and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company as their service is unparalleled!

I gauge a company many ways, but rarely get the opportunity to see how a company responds to an error. I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity I encountered using Just Air.

First, my air stopped blowing on a Sunday - wife and kid and pets were facing a 100F day, and my regular company doesn't do service on Sundays. I got a very fast response from Just Air and was lucky to have the closest tech live only a couple of blocks away (who was prompt, polite and helpful)! This made it easy for him to come and go from the house as the diagnosis proceeded.

Turns out my interior coil was completely frozen - a block of ice - which sounds good when it's hot, but not when it blocks your nice frozen air from getting in to the house. After a few hours of thawing, they were finally able to see the problem and got me cleaned up, diagnosed with a likely leak and added refrigerant to address it - and we were left feeling cooler, if not thrilled about a possible expensive leak.

My regular company offered me a courtesy call to come out and check for no charge, and who turns that down? In the few days between, it also climbed up to 115F and the air was really struggling - the differential had fallen to 10F and that doesn't cut it at that temp. After checking it, my other company confirmed Just Air did good work, and could also see how they thought extra refrigerant could be called for, but with some additional time, troubleshooting and the extra high outside temps which gave them more data - that extra was actually making it harder on the compressor. They drained the extra back out, and back to a 21F delta - ah, cold air.

I probably should have called Just Air to come back and fix it at that point - but I already had people on the roof - so I just informed them of the subsequent work and action - but did not contest their bill and planned on paying it in full. This was when they went the extra mile - with proof of the removal of the refrigerant - they only charged me for the work they should've done! Without me asking for it!

Providing good service is the cornerstone of a business, but taking responsibility and making things right when you make a mistake - that's when you see the true character of a person or business. Kudos to everyone I've interacted with at Just Air, I'm sure I'll be using you again.

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. They replaced my old a/c wich came with warranty and service for the first couple years wich went fine but now that I want to schedule service they only can come out in the cold months, so they want to sell but don't want to be servicing the customer that already buy the package.That's not good because for any reason your ac breaks they are going to charge you more than doing preventing service and possibly blame you for not doing it

I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.

We have been using Adams Refrigeration since around 2015, and highly recommend this company. In particular, the service tech that we always ask for, is Jeremy Stevens. We can't say enough complementary things about him. He really knows his stuff and is a real asset to Adams. He is extremely through and is quite meticulous when he's out here on a service call. Whenever we have any questions, he takes the time to answer them. It's always easy to book an appointment with Adams, and they are always punctual.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded .
