A component on our home air conditioning failed. Joey the HVAC technician with Penguin diagnosed the problem quickly and blessedly fixed the problem. He was Very professional and courteous. I Highly recommend their service.

Called, texted and chatted through Google. Never got a response or call back. I can't review on services or cost since we can't even get through to them...

Steve was the “Consultant” that came to the house to see my old system, help determine the proper size and configuration along with providing recommendations and answering all of my questions. Steve appears very, very knowledgeable and came across as a “straight shooter”. I like him! This was the first of 6 companies that I have scheduled to come to the house to sell me a new air conditioning system. My old system is 22 years old so I decided this is the year to replace it. I won’t choose which company to use until I’ve talked to each. I can tell you right now I’m impressed so far. I’ll update the review after I choose the system/company and the installation is complete.

Manny has been out to my house a couple times in the last year and has knocked it out of the park each time. The guy knows his stuff and has both of our units running in tip top shape!

The crew said they would be here by 7am and they were on time. They estimated 8-10 hours to get the job done. 14 1/2 hours later (9:47pm) they were just leaving. Really nice guys and dedicated. Stayed until job was done. Cleaned up the area nicely when they were done.

Craig with ProSkill is the most professional and friendly technician I have dealt with in a decade. He replaced a water heater that a large competitor said could not be done without my first removing built in storage cabinets. The job was done in less than 2 hours. He then replaced a water softener, that took another 2 hours. Everything is neat and clean and I appreciate not being pressured to buy a maintenance agreement like so many other companies do. Two thumbs up for Craig and ProSkill.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
