I was very happy with the services provided by Dominique. He was on time, very honest, courteous and knowledgeable. He addressed all my concerns very patiently.

I had a leak create a puddle above garage ceiling. Penguin showed up within a couple of hours and quickly found the problem. The backflush hose from my water softener burst during the regen cycle. A second technician showed up. They discussed the problem. They called the office to get an estimate for repair. About 1/2 hour later they gave me a $880.00 estimate. I declined. They were polite and courteous. I did the repair myself. $18.50 for the hose. Twenty mins to run the hose twenty five feet across the attic. My advice - be careful. They apparently charge over $2000 per hour for labor.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Day & Night, who responded immediately and had a tech out here in hours. He found the problem, knew exactly what he was doing, and went right to work - no going to get parts, etc. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he FIXED it on the spot. His presentation, courtesy, knowledge and work ethic were outstanding, and this will definitely be the a/c company we will use for ourselves and our guests, and recommend to our neighbors.

Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day! I've used Parker and Sons twice now for hvac maintenance with the first visit being terrific but the second left me feeling like I've been scammed. During the second visit the repair tech told me that the voltage control unit needs to be replaced and it would cost $414. Thinking that it was a control board I thought the price was reasonable but after the tech finished in 15 minutes and showed me a photo of the old and new replacement unit it looked exactly like a capacitor which cost me $60 the when I had it replaced at my old house. I called the office asking for an itemized receipt and photos of the work so that I could review the charges further but based on the uneasy feeling I have I don't think I'll be requesting further service from them in the future.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

The Most Excellent job done by Mr. James .f. My hot water wasn't getting hot (only in the shower) and we had maintenance Mr. Oggy come by 3times. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue however, he said if he can't get it fixed he'll be glad to escalate it to his manager. Glad he did because then I met Mr. James who was Very polite & respectful and got the job done in a reasonable time. I would recommend D.W Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. to any one having issues with their Plumbing. Thank u so Much James I can finally take a nice hot shower????
