Best Plumbing Drain Cleaning Services in Phoenix AZ

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I would definitely recommend Anthony’s Plumbing. I can always schedule an appointment with worries if they can come out right away. I have used there services on two occasion and both times I have never felt taken advantage of. My contractor recommended Anthony’s Plumbing initially and it was a great referral. Also, the service guy Andres was great, very professional and solution oriented,

Armando Ramos gave us the best advise to go with in our project, showing professionalism and knowledge. The team was available after hours to answer our questions over the phone. Martin contacted us in a timely manner to confirm the appointment.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

We had a plumbing problem so we called Hero and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and quickly found out that we had a serious problem. What I would call a nightmare . But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . I will be a lifelong costumer and have already recommended this company to everyone I know . Plus they clean up afterwards . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Josh was great, he came the week before to see what he was up against,since we didnt know exactly where our septic was. Scheduled a day and time to come pump out, he and his employee were right on time. Joah explained what they had to do (find and dig down) and they perceeded to find it and pump out our septic. He explained to us about everything since we are new to having septic. Did a great job in a timely manner, they are fantastic guys ,very friendly.

Everyone at Paradise is fantastic...helped us through a very nervous time when we were selling our house. They were thoughtful, kind, responsible, and available from the first phone calls to the last bit of landscape that was put back in to place. I had heard horror stories of what a septic review can do to a precisely manicured landscape. The team that dug and the team that cleaned were excellent. The other company I called told me that they would have to cut an ironwood tree in half and dig at least a 10 ft wide hole with a large bobcat. Paradise came in with a small bobcat and did a perfect job. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. EVER.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing.

Bryant definitely saved the day for us. Just before I was about to leave on a business trip, we had a plumbing issue pop up. He actually remembered us and our house from a previous trip and was such a pleasure to work with. Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Jodie did a fabulous job for me. I would highly recommend this company and Jodie in particular. I had a septic problem and a vent problem on my roof. Jodie worked on it and now it’s functioning beautifully. I’m so grateful for his prompt service and your reasonable rates. I did not have a septic system installation, I had my septic tank drained. The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
