We have used Hobaica a couple of times in the past, and were very pleased with the quality of work done. Our AC unit went out and we called them on a Sunday. They were great at calling me back but the technician said he was the only one working and no one could come out. It's Phoenix and such a large and reputable company has only one technician for emergencies? I called another company and they came out within an hour and did such a great job; I don't think we will be using Hobaica again.

Alin did a GREAT job repairing our heating unit. He read results of another visit, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He then waited more than 30 minutes to ensure that it was fully functional. I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! All the people I interacted with were awesome ... especially Anne Marie (Admin) and Greg (Service Tech). Great communication both in person and by text messages. On time as promised. We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.

Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didn't. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! We look forward to doing more business with you.

ProSkill is amazing! I called because one of my ac units stopped working during one of our very hot days here. They were able to schedule Eric, a technician to come out the very next day!! Eric was courteous and very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He then was able to make the repairs right away too! We are back up and running in less than 24 hrs from when I called! Amazing service!! Definitely recommend and love that they are Anthem based too!

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.
