I received about the best service from Nate today. He's a very knowledgeable tech and he explained what happened, why it happened and how to keep it from happening in the future all in a way I understood everything he was saying. He set both thermostats and fixed both units and the best part of this entire visit is that he got along very well with my dogs. This guy is always welcome in my house and we will only ask for him if we ever have any future issues with our AC units.

We have used Hobaica Services for many years at three different houses for the maintenance of our A/C system. They provide quality service at competitive prices and all of their techs are top-notch. Danny Unglaub has serviced the unit at our new house since we moved in and has been particularly impressive. He has taken the extra time correct a couple of little things that weren't done perfectly when the system was installed (by others / new build) to make sure our unit will continue to work at its best. He also takes pictures and documents his visits so that when he returns for the next service he can see if there have been any significant changes. That is a professional move!

Have been a client for about 6 years. They have installed 3 new units and done significant duct work. We need a new unit but will be using a different company. Day and Night is very overpriced. The difference in cost for exactly same unit and install was 32% lower with another major company in town. The technical competence of the service department is questionable since every time they came out I needed to place any emergency call several days later. They are excellent at selling PM policies, recommending unnecessary preventative repairs, and collecting money. Very efficient in this regard.

Carlos, came out to look at an issue with my heat blowing intermittent. Carlos surveyed the system and found a bad fan motor. He called me explained everything that was wrong, sent pictures, it was very thorough. I had Carlos service the whole HVAC Unit and same pro service for this task. Very impressed, I would recommend to anyone need hvac work done. I found out Ace does, plumbing and Carlos set me up with Emil Emil had all the great qualities that Carlos has. He sent me a detailed list of all my plumbing issues and pictures and I had him complete all the tasks that were recommended. Carlos and Emil are great customer service people and I would recommend both for any of your HVAC and Plumbing needs! I’m a maintenance manager and I do this every day and I would hire Carlos and Emil to be on my staff!!!

Our worst customer service with Parker & Sons after being a client for over 10 years. Totally unresponsive. No follow up call after 2 requests. Once we got service, technician Joel Munoz did an excellent job. Its the front office incompetence that is the issue. Will be looking at another vendor.

I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean the vent and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment.

His team was polite and very knowledgeable and made me incredibly comfortable with them. Curtis and our installer were incredible! We got our AC in 2 days prior to what we were quoted. This review is from todays routine maintenance but for some reason added to my original review of the installation of new system..I still give high praise to the company and their staff.. The service tech was friendly, patient and answered all questions..From the initial phone call to the estimate to the installation of our heat pump everyone was professional, thorough and prompt. Michael's evaluation and estimate was so thorough he found a filter we were not aware of. In the five years living in this house we had service calls and multiple repairs/issues yet no one ever mentioned that filter. We also had 2 other estimates for this new unit and no one mentioned it or the fact that our circuit breaker box was good (upgraded 3 1/2 years ago) but the guage of wire from it to the new 3.5 ton heat pump was small and needed to be replaced. (All 3 estimates were on the same heat pump, not something comparable.Day of installation Louis, Drew and Michael all arrived when we were told they would, Michael and Drew mostly focused on removal and installation of heat pump while Louis focused on the wiring and getting it to the heat pump from the breaker box. He was like an artist in his workmanship and installing it to our newly stuccoed home. We so appreciate the care he took. When the crane arrived it was all hands on deck, very efficient and quite impressive.They were all approachable and answered questions when asked and afterward Drew and Louis reviewed things and went over the new thermostat. This company is outstanding. Thank you Garrett, Michael, Drew and Louis for such a FANTASTIC job and such attention to detail. We could not be more pleased.
