They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was. Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.
