Best Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Phoenix AZ

Got scammed by these guys, my AC unit is leaking and needs replacement. They came out on a Saturday 100 bucks up front just for that, another 80 to access, and 110 to pretend to fix it.

I am so impressed with the responsiveness and quality of the work done by Hays. I have a complicated issue and they were second-to-none in helping me diagnose and repair it. They'll be my go to from now on.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Our technician Scott Dale was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do with our yearly maintenance. He also gave a clear report at the end that left us with assurance that our unit will keep performing as expected. Promise asked the most questions, clearly made that extra effort to understand our needs, they explained their bid very thoroughly. Were fair and competitive in their bid. On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We are super happy with them, great team, great value, great people. Solid equipment with great warranty. Friendly and fair. What else can you ask for?

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Izzy was very personable, clean appearance, professional and knowledgeable. After he was done with the maintenance service, he went over everything with my husband of what all he did in very clear and concise terminology. Any questions we had, he answered. She was very helpful in arranging the appt for us when we couldn’t have them come out today. She got us set up, repeated the appt information and sent a follow up appointment text. My water heater was leaking. I had Josh out very quickly. He explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it in a way that was easy to understand. Once diagnosed, Mathew came out and completed the removal and new installation! Both men were very professional, personable and considerate of me and my home. I will recommend them!

Comfort Experts did an excellent job for us. Ryan was the only AC salesperson able to solve our air filtration issue caused by the original home builder. They replaced both of my old systems with new high efficiency Carrier equipment. The install was professional and done on time. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Experts.

Matthew responded to my emergency of a broken pipe behind the water heater and inside the wall. He had to pull the water heater to get to the pipe in the wall. He was fast, fixed it properly and gave me options & suggestions for repairing the water damage to my laundry & kitchen. He then call the right people who responded immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The restoration co. arrived set up equipment to dry out the walls and cabinets, and left an air scrubber to ensure no mold or toxins circulated in my home. Great work Matthew! I hope you are the plumber they send when ever I call.

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
