I had the pleasure of having Matthew Neidich come to my home to have my A/C units checked out. I had specifically requested Matthew after reading one glowing review after another and I was not disappointed! He was professional, thorough and friendly! He went over all work needed, showed me pics of everything so I could see what needed to be done and then after the job was complete what was done. The poor guy had to step over a gaggle of kids and dogs and did so with a smile on his face. The pricing was fair and the job was done same day no issues at all. I highly recommend using both Penguin Air and Matthew for your A/C needs! ?

He’s also been with them for 15 years and that is also rare these days. Thankful for the professional attitude from call, to scheduling to the expert who responded.

Went three day's without ac as it has been 96 degrees inside. Three other companies lied and was going to charge a godly amount of money or said they couldn't help do to my warranty.
Why I didn't call Howard AC sooner. Extremely happy with customer service and the tech was very professional, polite and honest. Price was unbeatable in my opinion.

Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life! Madison did a super job on my new condo's AC. He stuck with it in spite of unforseen issues and made sure all was done properly! I appropriate Howard Air & Madison's workmanship.

They are amazing and go out of their way to help people. Today the heater went out within my fathers house, when I called this company I spoke with someone who truly cared and due to the circumstances went above and beyond to make sure someone was at my dads house within an hour. Long story short my father is a quadriplegic and depends on the ability to control heat and AC to regulate his body temperature. Without the heater working in winter he runs a high risk of getting pneumonia or other sicknesses. as I explained this to them they showed great concern and compassion to help my father, within an hour we had a repair man at my fathers house to fix his heater. Long story short turns out the nest thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. Not only did they show up within an amazing timely manner the repairman took the time to reconnect the thermostat for my father and to help set up his voice control.

Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
