Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

Usually I do not write reviews but I chose to write one for this company even though I did not use their service. I was in need for 5T heat pump replacement. I called numerous vendors in valley for best price. Out of all vendors I had one of the best quote from Frank. Frank was very professional and provided me with many options with different price bases. His quotes were very good. I just could not use them as our schedule had a little conflict and Franks was very flexible to make it work for me but I did not have much flexibility on my end. I would recommend this company based on Frank's honesty and professionalism.

I scheduled service on an older gas/electric unit which I thought may need to be replaced. David Shrum, Howard Air technician, inspected the unit, explained the issues and what needed to be done. He completely renovated the unit, installed a new thermostat and balanced the air flow. David provided professional explanations, work on the unit and follow-through with sending the itemized receipt. I have previously purchased a Trane A/C and heat unit for another home through Howard Air and their service is why I called them again. Howard Air technicians always provide clear information and facts so the customer can make an informed decision. Then they follow through with excellent, professional service. Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

We were getting the runaround from another company so we called Island Breeze and Darrel was amazing. He came out on a Saturday and within two hours our unit was fixed! We will definitely use him again and I highly recommend if you are looking for a good, honest and fair A/C company! Thank you Darrel!

Nick Is the technician who came out to service our A/C unit which was not working.It was 118 out and Nick was at my house same day and had my system up and running within a few hours.He found a leak in the system that 2 other companys could not find.They were charging for refrigerant without actually fixing the core issue.Its not easy finding a good company with highly expirienced techs at an affordable price.Arizona Pro Service is definately highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this company. I found out about it at a home show. My house is about 19 years old and had some issues, especially in keeping the upstairs cool in the summer. As an engineer, what I liked about this company was that they came out, took measurements and pictures, and discussed the results with me in detail. After visiting my house, there was a follow-up visit with recommended improvements. Again, I discussed this with the sales rep in detail. There was no hard selling involved. In fact, I did not go with the full set of recommendations, just the set of items that I thought I would get the most benefit from.

Additionally, the fact that APS covers some of the cost via rebates, was helpful in my situation. The company sent out a crew of 4 people that were able to get the work done in one long day. Immediately the following week, my house felt much more uniform in terms of the temperatures. It was also much quieter as well as the AC did not kick on with nearly the frequency it had the week before.

The air conditioners are more quiet when running as well. I am not sure if this is due to more insulation assisting with the noise, or if the improvements to the intake of the units that I made allowed them to breath easier. Both of my units, the upstairs and down, had issues that were causing them to pull in quite a bit of intake directly from my attic (not good). I am looking forward to my first summer in 19 years where I have a good shot at having a home cooling system that will operate as designed.

This service is valuable as most builders really just build to the minimum code requires rather than having an interest in what your electric bill is 6 months after you move in. I would gladly do this in any future home, not only for the savings, but for the comfort factor as well.

Prestige Mechanical did a great job with the installation of our new AC unit. I priced several other companies and their price was very competitive and Jeremy spent a lot of time going over things with me and I really appreciate it.
