I called Restore Master on Sunday and they come by Monday morning to access the bathroom for mold . They were really helpful and i would definetly use there services when i need it.

Superior service. Wld hire again. Professional, competent, experienced and personable to boot. David Castillo and Eduardo Martinez cked in every day to complete the job, mitigated the damage, and cleaned the space. During the chaos, my cat freaked out and hid. I freaked out too. David and Eduardo searched and located my cat. They went far beyond their job description. Good job!

I had left a hose running & that caused a flood in the basement. I was just so upset & looked online to find a restoration company. I found ServPro & called & the person who answered (Michael I think) said if you have turned off the hose you have done all you need to do.. We've got it from here he said.
They came over & in 3 hours most of the water was vacuumed up.
They moved all the furniture & put dryers & dehumidifiers in the wet parts. I was a crying mess when they arrived but felt a lot better when they were done.
They came back again every 2 days just to check for dryness. The following day Ryan came & moved everything back in place.
