I was not told that they don’t repair damaged walls until after they billed me. I was told they would remove damaged walls then come back to complete the job. I was then referred to another company to finish repairs. I guess I need to look up the definition of restoration in Webster dictionary. I feel taken advantaged of.

I called Cesar on a Sunday. He picked up and actually stopped by an hour later to check out my project. He showed up the next day to re-drywall and re-texture an arch I had removed. He and his colleague were professional, kind, and courteous. It was a small job compared to other projects but he was responsive and took care of me and my condo. They made it look like nothing ever happened and cleaned everything up! I’m very thankful to have this done and thankful to work with honest, reliable, trustworthy people like Cesar and his crew. I was in the horrible situation where I had a pipe break inside my wall. Water was everywhere: Under my tile, under my kitchen cabinets, and the wall was drenched. Our plumber recommended Rocky Mountain and shared that he had good experiences with them in the past. Rocky Mountain showed up the same day and immediately started correcting the situation. My primary contact was Nick. What I appreciated most about Nick is that he kept consistent and clear communication with us. If I ever had a question and contacted Nick, he either picked up his phone or called/texted back within an hour. He made sure we were taken care of and handled much of the communication with the insurance company. Everyone we dealt with at Rocky Mountain was professional and friendly. I hope that I never have to deal with a water issue like this again, but if I do I will be reaching out to Rocky Mountain.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.
