Best Water Damage Restoration And Flood Cleanup in Phoenix AZ

plumber did not solder water pipes correctly over the weekend. Water dripped all weekend through floor and into the living room, I called Doan Restoration , then right away 2 techs showed up to dry my problem away. Michael & Chris the techs moved all furniture and did a great job removing laminate floors ,cleaning and proceeded to dry area. Would hire them again.

The lead tech was excellent. Everything was done perfectly as said. I also ensured extras around my home were safe and needed any fixtures. Will recommend it to family and friends great company!! ?

I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

This is the 3rd Water Damage that we have incurred and we have used AZ Fire and Water each time. No need for us to look elsewhere as they do an OUTSTANDING JOB from drying out the water damage to making your home look As good or better than before. From the drywall and painter Cesar to the people who came everyday to see if the area effective was dry, the people who packed up 2 rooms of our home and put all my nic nacs in bubble wrap better than I would and marked what shelf and where on the shelf I had each item and the one's who lifted my wide and heavy furniture that was not easy to get out of our front door. We offered to help but they had it. All of the many people from the office staff to the one's who came to our home were very pleasant, didn't complain and were hard workers.

The power in our neighborhood went out for some time on one of the days they were working. This didn't stop the process, they used a generator to keep going. Thank you!

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

The B.O.R. team is incredibly knowledgeable and do amazing work but most importantly they are great people.

Their team came in on a Sunday morning, took care of my fire clean-up, and were done by the afternoon.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.
