A few months ago, I discovered some mold in my home and I called this mold removal firm to take care of it. They took their time, were kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire procedure.

Servpro was very quick and efficient in coming out to our home. They kept in good communication with us on what steps to take next. I appreciate all their hard work and we will definitely use them again if we are in this situation.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Robert is super friendly, responsive and dedicated to his work. He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!

After an unexpected flooding of my apartment I was introduced to insult to injury by the Apartment Management as they refused to acknowledge any repairs that might be done on the unit resulting in an argument and my lease being terminated. Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Jason & Mariah sent out Alozono, Robert with their team members to my home. They did a great job with tarping my roof, removing drywall & mold removal. Very professional & friendly too!
