Everett came over daily to check on progress, was kind and considerate of our family time and our needs, and went the extra mile to help fix our problem. The results were exactly what we needed and the quality of care was above and beyond expectations.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

A year ago I talked a lot with Jena from Paul Davis Restoration. Initially, she just answered questions that I had and when I ended up needing some last minute work done on a bathroom, she made it work. She went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone and in the end, the work got done and everything worked out great. So I appreciate Jena and the rest of the team at Paul Davis.

They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done.
