Best Storm Damage Restoration Service in Phoenix AZ

I was not told that they don’t repair damaged walls until after they billed me. I was told they would remove damaged walls then come back to complete the job. I was then referred to another company to finish repairs. I guess I need to look up the definition of restoration in Webster dictionary. I feel taken advantaged of.

Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

We have had Water Fighters for two projects- one plumbing disaster and one HVAC disaster. Both times they have done high quality work. Caesar, Nicholas, Erick, and Joe on the team that have worked on the projects have all been extremely nice and done such good work you couldn't tell anything had happened to the house which I had just had remodeled. The texturing they did on my walls matched the existing walls perfectly. I was pretty amazed. They get a 5 out of 5 in my book!

Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! They have asked me to leave a review with the work they done, since my friend does not have an Google account. A friend of mine with the service this company did for him. Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. Would highly recommend them for anything!

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!
