Best Storm in Phoenix AZ
Doan Restoration was on time, extremely nice and easy to work with, even though I was out of town and didn’t even see them until the last two days
of the job. The Company worked extremely well with the Insurance Company.

24hr company, which is great and what makes it better is how amazing they are. I first spoke with Ryan on the phone he explained the entire process. He told me the tech's name coming to our home. Nick did a great job of keeping us in the loop and working hard each day to complete the mitigation services. Thanks!!!

The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

This is one of the worst companies my wife and I had to deal with. To preference is, we did not have work done on our residence by Cesar and Brandon, but we dealt with them in Dec 2020, on a bid to repair water damage. Cesar has since apologized for Brandon and himself, but we feel we needed to post a review, so others are aware of our experience. Long story short, it started with Brandon being pretty aggressive over the phone, he pressed to get our home owners insurance policy number and sign a work order even before he got to our home, when initially it was a phone call to understand what the damage was exactly. He did not appreciate my rebuttal and refusal to do so.
The three of them show up 45 minutes late, unannounced, leave their loud truck running outside with the trucks lights shining on the neighbor’s home/windows, super awkward and enter our home. They go into scare tactics of the amount of mold present (no proof) even after it was a small water leak, that was turned off right away by the way. They talked about having to tear out the downstairs wall, get some fans on it to dry it, it’s a serious health risk, etc. The kicker is, they go upstairs to inspect the bathroom, my wife who is clearly pregnant, was winded when they got to the second level, as well as the others, and they asked, “Are you bloated?” Unreal. While upstairs, they said they’ll have to tear apart the tile, inspect the under flooring and that it’ll be about a 1 month job and cost between 5-10,000 dollars. We were flabbergasted at these happenings.
Brandon and Cesar called me the next day, asked what my thoughts were and if I’d like to move forward. I said no, listed off what happened above, in particularly the poor taste comment towards my wife, and he said, it was an ice breaker, it was a joke. That he’s also working on Brandon and helping him become more professional. Well, my wife didn’t think so. I then explained to him and laughed in doing so, that you gave me a 5-10,000 bid, that it’s such a huge difference, and continued to laugh about, it’s not like it’ll be 2,500 to 3,000 and that you didn’t even write out a bid or email me a bid like the other companies did. At that point Cesar said, “You have some sort of demons or something? I’ll pray for you tonight.” I couldn’t believe it at that point, on exactly what I just heard and it was over with.
During this all, Cesar continues to preference they have 5 star reviews, but I’m not buying it, if you look, they’re mostly from users posting for the first time or second time. I get the feeling they’re paying for fake reviews. But what do I know, you be the judge, but I’m just honestly telling you what I experienced.
I had the whole 5-10000 dollar bid, fixed for $550, a week later by a trusting small business, who couldn't have be more honest. And he said there was no mold! ha ha

Compassionate, fast, quality, and trustworthy work in an emergency flood situation ( pipe burst in our home). I could 100% trust Jim B and partner in my house and it took a lot of stress off the situation. He offered suggestions and was easy to speak with. They obviously has been doing this for a while! I interviewed three prospects before deciding on this company. Thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. They restored our home to a healthy state. I've had my home tested twice since by an environmental testing company and there is no sign of mold anywhere. Thanks Water Mold Fire Restoration of Phoenix.!

Jose, Beto and Oscar did the best job ever! They were courteous, knowledgeable, made me feel at ease. Let's face it. Who would ever want a restoration company working in their home? No one, but when you need to have them, get only the best like I did. Thank you fellas for one heck of a demo!

When my son found mold in his house, I called Mike at ServPro right away. Mike and Ryan helped talk us off the ledge and eliminated our stress. They walked us through the process and made us aware of things we never thought of. Very professional and knowledgeable! They helped us map out an action plan that took all of the unknowns away that were causing our stress. In an emergency, you need someone you can trust. I can’t recommend them enough!

This company was nice at first. They were there right away. Helped us get into a hotel. And started our house right away. Come to find out they sub contracted the work out and are trying to charge us 80,000 just for demolition and clean out in our house! Also they kept saying they would send this or that or call us back the following day we had to call them back after a day and couldn't always get a hold of them.

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.
