Terrific restoration company helped restore my business after a busted pipe created a flood. The insurance company suggested we use Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix for the restoration work needed. We agreed after looking them up and checking them out. And they did great work. This company is well managed, detailed, organized and focused on customer service. Everything I want out of my damage restoration company.

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I recommend Servpro. They came out as soon as I called them, had the fans rolling and wrapped up all my furniture and did all the work after. David Fox was so nice and helpful, showing a lot of respect and professionalism.

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.
You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?
