Servpro of Thunderbird Valley was wonderful in every way. My home suffered smoke damage in a wildfire that was deemed a national disaster in Louisville, CO at the end of last year. It was a terrifying event and our entire community was in a state of shock, even those of us whose homes had survived. What I needed most was to be able to be in my home to recover from the trauma of the experience, but my eyes burned and I was having near constant headaches, so I called Servpro. I will forever count myself fortunate that it happened to be Michael Shrake who was given my case. He completely earned my trust, made sure that I was comfortable with everyone who came into my home, and ensured that everything in my house was treated with respect and care. He was thoughtful and intelligent in the way he managed the process, kept me informed about all plans, and we walked through the work that had been completed each day to be sure I was satisfied. He got a tremendous amount of work done in the shortest possible time without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

Whole team at SERVPRO of Tempe were on it! Boom, Boom, they were on it. Honest and Professional, felt comfortable getting the crew in with all my family and during a pandemic! We have never been through this process of water damage, but I'm glad I called Mike at SERVPRO!!

I had a hot water heater that ruptured and soaked a small patch of drywall in my garage. Plumbing Masters was called after I could not get a hold of my regular plumber P.M. sold me on a tank free hot water heater for $4,400.00. They, without my permission, called this company about fixing wet drywall. I paid Rocky Mountain Restoration $1,400 to drill some holes, rip up a baseboard and put a fan on the area for three days. They left my place a mess. I was told to call a handyman to repair the damage. Next time I will wait for my regular plumber and not call Plumbing Masters.Follow-up: After talking to Kelsey at Rocky Mountain Restoration, I was promised a refund of $500.00. At his request, I edited my review.
