We are so glad we called Servpro to handle our water damage situation. Chester and Stuart were professional and great to work with. Also, they were patient and kind enough to explain the steps that they were taking to remove the damaged baseboards, drywall, and start the drying out process of our walls. They also did a thorough exam for mold and luckily, no mold was present. We are currently waiting for the construction process to start which hopefully will be soon. I’d recommend calling Servpro if your in an unfortunate situation and in need of clean up services.

This company should be called CricketsPro because after you start with them all you hear is crickets. They started off strong and made me feel secure in my decision with their work but slowly they have just completely disappointed. They show up with no notice and put in maybe two hours of work a week. Blaming everything and anything. Completely careless of how long it will take to finish a project. I am two months in and have no idea when they will complete the job due to lack of communication. I wish I would have gone elsewhere, this job would have been done in 3 days. Not three months or more.

Our hot water heater busted and flooded our basement. It's a finished basement and the only area of our home with carpet, boo. My husband was going to head out to rent some carpet dryers, but a neighbor suggested SERVPRO instead. We called and they sent Santiago and Matt out very quickly. (Santiago even had to cut his dinner short to get here.)They were friendly and professional (e.g., they look their shoes off *every time* they entered the house as the lugged in all the equipment) and got everything set up in our basement in under 2 hours. While setting things up, they took the time to patiently explain the process and what the equipment would do. Definitely easier than doing it ourselves, especially since they are professionals and know what they are doing :) The Frazier family highly recommends SERVPRO if you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing remediation services.

Leak in my kitchen ceiling. They identified the problem including wet insulation. Left drying equipment and picked it up, determined that there was evidence of asbestos and are providing another company to do that specialized work.

Carlos and Santiago did a great job removing all the wet and damaged material after a water leak under our park model. They were very good at determining the extent of the problem. We knew were in good hands and felt confident the job that the job was being done correctly. They were easy to talk to and explained things to us patiently. ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mother's house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring!
I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. Josh came to her house and began the mitigation and reconstruction process. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was throughout the whole process. Josh was attentive, thorough, and the work done was excellent! He personally addressed any concerns we had along the way, and made an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Most importantly, Josh is a man of integrity who treated us as though we were always his most important concern (even though I know he was incredibly busy during this time.) He truly lives up to the verse at the end of each of his emails, Colossians 3:23, which says, Whatsoever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.
The work is complete with beautiful updates!! I am forever grateful to have found ServPro of Paradise Valley. If you are searching for help with remediation/reconstruction, this is a company you can certainly trust. I highly recommend them and would hire them again for any similar situation!

I stepped in to help my neighbor who was out of town. There was a water leak in her kitchen that caused water damage throughout her lower cabinetry. Servpro of N Tempe/Mesa sent a crew to dismantle the cabinets and set up dehumidifers for the wet areas. Chester Wellisch, Crew Chief, communicated with me every day of their arrival time - always on time or a little early, but never late. Any home owner would appreciate this, but I did so even more as I would meet them at my neighbors house to let them in and stay there while they completed their tasks. Chester and his crew were complete professionals and from the moment they arrived they went right to work. There was no lollygagging. My husband and I were impressed with their service, attitude (moment of unexpected findings), and conduct that if we ever have a need for this type of service for our home, we'll call Servpro. Wow, how things change. Jacob Maupin was suppose to get back to me by close of business Monday. I waited til Friday to contact him and his response was three people had called out. He could have relayed that info and i would have hired my own carpet cleaners.

He finally sent a contract and the construction manager came out to look over the job site. The contract was 300$ more, he couldn't explain why. Said he would contact Jacob and figure it out. Yesterday he called and said the first contract was insurance quote and couldn't honor it. I know it is a small job, but not honor your quote is dishonest. DON'T USE SERVEPRO. Lesson learned. I will be sure ti share my experience.

I had the misfortune of having a washing machine malfunction and dump water on the second floor floor of my condo. Within 2 hours of the accident the crew from ServPro were on site beginning the clean up and drying out process. They moved with purpose and I was impressed with their professionalism and speed as they removed baseboards, toe-kicks carpet pad, ceiling insulation and drywall (on the first floor). They continued to come back everyday to measure the moisture in the floor and walls to insure no mold would start.

When it was determined that tile floor and subfloor had to be removed they continued to work in an efficient manner. They documented the process, took detailed measurements and completed an extensive and detailed report for my insurance company.

Our home was damaged in the recent Texas winter storm. We were unable to find a meditation company in Austin or in the state to help us because so many residents in the city/state were in the same position we were. We set up our appointment with Mike in Tempe Arizona. He was great to work with, friendly, and took care of our needs. Francisco Portillo, Santiago Suchilt and Carlos Castillo were the ones who saved me this Christmas. One the 24th the rain started leaking into my home they came out on Christmas to help with dehumidifiers and fans. Our office was flooded due to a leak in an adjoining business. The Servpro team of North Tempe came out the same day and immediately took action to protect us from whatever else was going on on the other side of our shared walls. We could tell, or at least felt like, the other business was dragging their feet with their process, but Mike and his team took excellent care of us and got our cleanup underway immediately! They were very thorough and checked in with us daily to give us an update about the ongoing work. I had hired another restoration company that I was worried wasn't doing the right things, so I called Servpro to get another estimate. David said he couldn't take over the work because it had already started, but he was willing to look over the other company's estimate for me at no charge. In the end he made me realize my the other company was doing a good job. So he spent about an hour talking with me even after he knew he wasn't taking my business. I even offered to pay for his time, but he was just happy to help me. Great guy.

Our water heater leaked causing a lot of water damage to the floor of our kitchen and laundry room. SERVPRO was called Francisco Portillo, Kenny Curry, and Carlos Castillo did the work. During the Texas winter storms that damaged the power grid (we are in Austin, TX), we lost power and our pipes burst, flooding our house. Victor and Cisco came all the way from Tempe, Arizona to help those of us affected by the storm. They helped remove water damage from our ceiling, walls, and floors and hauled away all of the damaged flooring and Sheetrock. They installed temporary fans in our house to monitor and pull moisture from the air. They were friendly, efficient, super hardworking, quick about answering our questions and incredibly thorough with their work. We want to sincerely thank Victor and Cisco for everything they did and for coming to Austin. I recommend Servpro and highly recommend these two gentlemen.

If you need water damage cleaned up in your home properly, Mike & his team are the ones to call. Mike & his team were very professional in how they handled the job. They worked long hours & weekends to remove the contaminated materials promptly & properly. Mike worked with our insurance to make sure the work that needed to be done was approved by the agent before proceeding. Mike assisted the inspector with requested information & materials needed for the insurance claim. Mike ran the job and took care of all issues that came up during the cleanup process. He always made himself available for any questions that we had. You can tell that he really cares.

Mike was incredibly professional and helpful. When the situation evolved from minor water damage to full-fledged drywall removal with asbestos abatement, Mike was able to guide me through the process and connected with my insurance company and the asbestos clean-up crew. SERVPRO is the best option I have found for time sensitive repairs for my rental property. Being out of state made it hard to determine the severity of damages and need repairs, but the team at servepro provided honest, detailed answers. There team worked directly with my tenants to schedule and completed the multi-day project without requiring any additional support from me. Could not be happier with the outcome of this.

I own and run a Restoration company here in the Phoenix area. While responding to a job I met this franchises manager I believe his name was Tyler. Tyler is exactly the type of guy you want working for any type of company. He was professional he was great with the customer, and he was very knowledgeable. Servpro from Paradise Valley were called to treat some mold found in my shower. They were quick to visit the site, provide an estimate and provide excellent service. They worked in a great timely manner! Also, Josh from Servpro always responded to all my questions and emails right away keeping me continuously in the loop. My dishwasher broke and started draining onto the floor where it flooded my living room. As I have laminate flooring and wood furniture, it was critical that the water be removed as soon as possible. After stopping the dishwasher, I threw down some towels to contain the flow of water. Then I called Servpro for help. They were very helpful. The technician was there in 30 minutes. The water was removed and fan dried to prevent damage to my flooring and prevent mold. The technician checked floors, baseboards and walls to make sure there was no moisture left. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His courtesy and friendliness helped make my home trauma much less of one. Servpro will always be my first call for disaster cleanup, no matter how large or small the disaster is.

A friend of ours recommended Josh of ServPro and we included him in the list of contractors we were considering. Right from the get-go, Josh and his ServPro team impressed us. They were professional, came on time and most of all, they gave us the most competitive quote. That was only the beginning of a remarkable experience.

They promised us a timeline and worked very hard to make it. Josh took utmost care to check with us on the progress, even sent me emails with progress pictures regularly when I was travelling out of town. Our requests for modifications were well documented, correctly priced and delivered on time.

They went overboard to ensure that we were comfortable with what was happening. My wife only half jokes when she says I have OCD. I was not okay with a wall that was painted and they almost painted it three times till I was satisfied and that too only with a smile and determination to satisfy me. It’s been a while since I have been so satisfied with a firm's customer service.

The guys that came down to lay the tiles, carpet, fix dry-wall and paint were all so professional. They come on time, do the job right, clean-up every day and leave on time.

The documentation, contacting the insurance and working with them was all done seamlessly and with integrity. Most of all, I never had to follow up once for what was supposed to do, everything worked like clock-work. I am very satisfied and will never doubt one bit to call them for any construction / remediation work and most happily would recommend them to anyone.

100% great experience. Josh Alcorn and Liz miller have been outstanding to work with.
With the heaving rains recently we learned that when our AC unit was installed last year, the didn't seal it correctly and got a leak into the house that caused damage and mold.
Josh and Liz have were timely in communication and work, they have gone above and beyond to held us coordinate the repair, the roof work and even the insurance.
The individuals that game out took great care as well.

I hope to never need emergency water removal service again—ever...but if that should come to pass, there’s only ONE place to call.

On July 31, 2019, I arrived at the house, after being out for several hours. I opened the front door to find an inch and a half of water covering over 2000 ft.² of the ground level.

I was horrified! Having never been in such a situation, as soon as closed off the water supply, I got onto Google and frantically looked for a company that would provide emergency response service.

I didn’t have the luxury of time to go through all of the listings, and read all of the reviews, though I did notice that ServPro of PARADISE VALLEY had a five star rating all the way around.

Trust me when I say that there’s a SOLID reason for this.

The ServPro professionals were exactly that—PROFESSIONAL.

They arrived quickly, and got right to work.
Although a situation like this is never easy, they were able to provide comfort in the knowledge that they knew EXACTLY what they were doing.
No stone was unturned.
They were extremely thorough.

Throughout the initial water cleanup, and the demolition that followed, Tyler and his crew were punctual, personable, professional, and expedient.
I honestly can’t say enough.

I give big A+++ to Matt, Tyler, and everyone over at ServPro of PARADISE VALLEY.

It is a pleasure to review ServPro of Paradise Valley! We sincerely thank Josh and the ServPro PV team for the great work they did for us after a fire sprinkler pipe failure resulted in significant flooding and damage to our daughter’s condo this summer.

We first contacted ServPro to deal with the immediate problem of the 3-4 inches of flooding throughout the unit. Josh, Matt and other members of the team immediately responded, installing equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.) and taking other remediation actions. They were available any time we called, including early mornings and evenings. They checked in with us daily and worked closely with the homeowner’s insurance company. I could not have been more satisfied and appreciative of the high level of communication and responsiveness throughout this difficult time.

Because of the terrific job ServPro PV did with the flooding remediation, we asked Josh to assume responsibility for moving furniture and other personal property from the unit to a local storage unit, which his team did in a very timely and careful manner. The items were very well wrapped or boxed. When ServPro PV later delivered the items back, items were safe and sound.

Again because of our high level of satisfaction, we hired ServPro PV to take on the reconstruction project, which was substantial. Importantly, ServPro PV’s construction manager identified quite a bit of damage that the insurance company’s adjuster had missed. ServPro PV worked directly with the insurance company to get the necessary approvals to do the job fully and correctly, which took a lot of stress off of us.

Through no fault of ServPro’s, it took more time than anticipated to get the job started, because we had to wait on the City to approve the new fire sprinkler pipe plans and for the new pipes to be installed (by another company). There were some unforeseen issues (e.g. wood flooring that had been improperly glued down by the prior owner) that put the ServPro team behind schedule a bit. However, Josh and the construction manager kept us informed. When needed, they worked evenings and weekends to get the job done. In addition, they went above and beyond and made improvements to the unit that they were not obligated to do. For example, they installed executive height cabinets in the bathrooms (where the originals were at a lower height).

In sum, we were very happy with ServPro PV. Josh demonstrated a high level of integrity, was always polite and caring, and he repeatedly checked in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We have gladly recommended ServPro PV to others.

This is an overdue review about a project which occurred in the middle of the pandemic. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t that great as a supposedly one-week project extended well into a month. Although the owner remained accommodating and trying to remediate, the customer service, professionalism, and communication from the project manager left room for improvement.

I panicked. An intake valve of an upstairs toilet failed. Water was gushing out of the pipe all over the condo and garage. I needed it addressed immediately. I looked for Rehab services and saw Servpro as an option. I had seen their organization in action during another flood at a storage facility. They were professional and tolerant of the emotions of lives turned upside down. I called. Josh had his crew out there in an hour and half. There were issues with the electricity, tenants, belongings, out of state owner, and numerous other obstacles. Servpro and Josh navigated all of these issues with expertise, civility and professionalism. Thank you very much for introducing me up with Josh Alcorn at SERVPRO, Paradise Valley AZ. I wish I had met him sooner. My plumber misdiagnosed the need for the hole in the building (there is no leak).
I asked Josh if he had a recommendation for a second opinion and two days later a 2nd expert was at my house to confirm the estimated misdiagnosis and properly determine the problem.

Josh's communication has been superior. He and every member of his team have been friendly and responsive. I manage a sales team of over 100 and know how hard it is to get and keep good talent. Any time you go through a disater. Your world goes upside down. As you all know its very stressful for many reasons.
Best decision I made was to higher Josh and his team. Tyler, Marc, RG you became my friends. You took such care to pack my possessions, taking pictures of everything no matter how small. Labeling everything so no issues on the other end. You are proffessional, reliable and so much more.

I have recently used SERVPRO to re-floor my entire condo and they did an amazing job. We live I Vancouver and our vacation home is in Scottsdale so the entire installation was managed locally by SERVPRO without us being present at all during the project. The service was first class from start to finish, they were competitive and kept me abreast at all time sending photo's while accommodating and working with our Strata to ensure the flooring and work was in spec to the standards set.
