Rocky Mountain Restoration is AMAZING!! Santiago and Jeremy were incredible. They were responsive, communicative, friendly, and exuded the highest level of professionalism! We had an emergency plumbing issue in the home and they were there the same day to begin the process. They explained every step of the process, the work was completed in a time frame that exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a company that is knowledgable, professional, personable, and a company that actually cares about their clients then Rocky Mountain Restoration is the company you should be working with. Justin and Rocky Mountain have done today and in the past week terrific work for us after discovering a leak in the wall. They communicate well and all the employees that they have sent out have been wonderful. Today was a gentleman named Justin and even tho the plumbing was not ideal he made it work by running to home Depot, getting what was necessary as to give us a working sink. It's much more important and appreciated then you would at first realize until you're without a kitchen sink. They were totally professional and Justin did me a solid today.

Rocky Mountain Restoration was responsive and on time each visit. The crew captain Caleb was professional, answered all of our questions and kept us informed on the project. Other Rocky Mountain Restoration team members (Travis, Justin, Dominic, Patrick, etc.) were courteous and helpful as well. We weren’t sure we had a 220v outlet in our home and Justin found it!Everyone was easy to work with and helped make a water damage cleanup less stressful. Thanks.

Rocky Mountain Restoration has been wonderful! They have diligently worked to take care of our rooms that sustained water damage from a leak in our shower. They have a very organized system in how they operate with each member finishing their part completely and then lining up the next technician needed to fully take care of the job at hand. They handle the insurance end as well by submitting photos and the necessary details for insurance to be able to pay their portion of services when applicable. I would definitely recommend RMR to whoever is in need of clean up due to water or any other disaster. Thank you!

So I seriously messed up and flooded an upstairs bathroom. Water coming down from the ceiling. The rmr guys were fast and responsive. Set up some fans and stuff and four days later it was like nothing happened. Huge shoutout to Logan, Jeremy, and Matt for being so professional and nice. Totally saved the day.

Justin and Caleb came out today and they were great! It's always stressful dealing with water damage but I felt much better knowing I was in safe hands with them. Mike came out 1st love how he kept me in the loop as to when he was going to be here. Tim was my first project manager he was great with always answering my calls and explaining things to where I understand then Brian took over and was just as thorough and great answering calls even when I had to call him back. Lee did the final walk through and properly set temp sink to where it doesn’t leak and cleared everything else out! Great team!

A couple Saturdays ago, my daughter left water running longer than needed to let it warm up (got distracted on her phone). Unfortunately, the tub plug was down, and it flooded her restroom upstairs. The water was streaming through our air vent in kitchen downstairs. We called Rocky Mountain and they were there within the hour. Logan and Jeremy began inspecting the damage, and placed a bunch of fans and things to dry it up. They were very polite and professional. The scheduled a follow up for Monday , but things were still a little damp when they inspected, so they had to come back following day and remove equipment. Again, polite and professional. Luckily, because the water didn't sit long I'm sure, we didnt need to rip anything out. We will just need a fresh coat of paint on ceiling and nail back down some carpet in thebedroom next to bathroom.

In the middle of a disaster you want to feel comfortable from the start with the restoration people. Everyone from Rocky Mountain Restoration has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, on time, friendly and very clean. They even made friends with our puppy. They came initially within hours of the plumber calling them and stayed until they had the damaged area removed. Our special thanks to Dominic, Jeremy, and the entire crew.

All three guys I worked with at rocky Mountain Restoration,l; Lee, Caleb, and Rulon were very quick, prompt and answered all of my questions. Lee was very helpful in making sure I had the information I needed and all of the work was done well.

Representatives of Rocky Mountain Restoration were all well dressed with company insignia and I.D.. They were courteous professional and listened to the customer. They had unusual pieces of equipment, unknown to the customer to use to mitigate the water damage. Clearly they had experience in this area in the past.

Santiago, Lee and the rest of the Rocky Mountain Restoration crew have been amazing at taking charge and providing top notch work in the restoration process after a massive water loss at my home. Their speed, quality of work, and quality of service has far exceeded my expectations.

We had a water leak from roof and water came from walls to our formal dining area and damaged the walls baseboards and carpet. Rocky Mountain Restoration company was assigned for this project. The crew lead by Brian Escobar came and they took care of all things needed for this damage. Removed damaged carpet and base boards, drilled holes in the sheet rock to dry inside and installed all other equipments, it was like 9:00PM. They were very good in explaining the whole process. They told me some body will come in two days to inspect the progress and the person came on time they said before. He checked the walls and they were not completely dried. They told me a person will come and check next day.I got a call next day early morning from Lee Burner that he will be at our home in 15 min. He was right on time and checked all our walls throughly and found them to be completely dry. He showed me readings at various places and explained in detail what will happen next. Lee was really nice to talk to and has a great personality. He took care of all equipments and provide information of contractor which will help us for next work.I was so happy to have a great customer service from him. I am very happy with the services performed by Rock Mountain Restoration.

RMR has a tremendous crew with superb communication. Every service provider we had was extremely attentive and provided a courtesy call prior to arrival. Several times we had to reschedule due to our work schedules and they were all incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They also do an excellent job of partnering with complimentary businesses so they can assist to provides solutions to a large array of needs.

Austin Blood and the crew at Rocky Mountain Restorations was truly astounding. Impeccable customer service, fast turn over times, and staff that are truly knowledgeable about the services they provide. I usually don’t do reviews like this, but after the amazing job Austin Blood and RMR did, I truly felt compelled to spread the word. I used this company 2 times which was a big mistake. Only used them a second time because it's who my plumbers called. Left last job unfinished.They busted out my tile floor without letting me know. Came to only take a vanity out. I called the project manager to ask why and he thought I was the plumbers on the phone and said got jobs mixed up. Once he found out it was the customer on the phone he said oh it needed to be done.They took my claim # and billed my insurance directly who then paid them directly. Later they claimed they never got paid. My insurance sent the 3rd party they used to collect proof they got paid. Now months later they are again claiming they didn't get paid and sending that same 3rd party to collect.I really don't recommend this company and will never use them again. Nothing but problems that go on and on taking up my time and energy dealing with it.My insurance did tell me they overcharge allot.

My water heater leaked and caused a huge mess, but I was quickly put to ease as they came out as soon as they could and impressed me with their cleanliness, speed, professionalism and knowledge of all the crew. Many thanks to Marcos, Matt and everyone else!! Highly recommend this company!!

When our water heater leaked, they came out the same day to dry things out and worked directly with our homeowner's insurance to get everything fixed. Each person who came to the house was friendly, professional, and competent. We had a great experience.

The first two 24 hour businesses that I called did not pick up the phone at 5 am during my water emergency. Rocky mountain picked up and was at my house fast.

From helping us file the claim with the insurance company assuring accurate information to sending out high quality work crews with exceptional crew chiefs they were superb. At each visit all individuals were courteous, knowledgeable and when finished for the day they did a super clean up job.This company holds itself to exceptionally high standards. They are an excellent choice and if ever needed again will be our first call. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that should’ve been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I should’ve called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. The plumber they sent took a quick look and couldn’t determine anything. He said a restoration company would have to come out and open up the wall to access the leak. Alex, from the restoration company, came out, took a look and said they needed the results of an asbestos test before they could open the wall. They wouldn’t have the results until the following week. They couldn’t do anything before then. What?! This was an active, intermittent leak releasing gallons of water and soaking the carpet in a few areas. I never would have imagined that this situation would turn into such a nightmare, largely due to this company. They did such a horrible job that their negligence resulted in at least 3 floods and the loss of my tenants. To add insult to injury, they called and left two voicemails, also sent two emails saying the insurance company was issuing a payment but they weren’t getting enough money and there was an $830.23 balance. I got a letter in the mail stating so and I called my insurance adjuster. He said this is common practice for these companies to do this and the insurance already paid what charges they felt were justified. All of the communications from Rocky Mountain Restoration had a threatening tone when it came to collecting money. The letter stated that it was my second notice, which wasn’t true. When I got the letter in the mail, I emailed the company saying that it is unethical to try to collect more money after they already received their insurance payment! I had home insurance and a home warranty and these weasels are sending me an $830 bill?! The response I got wasn’t very convincing. The Claims Manager, J. Tanner, claimed that the letter that I received in the mail was mailed by mistake. Hard to believe after receiving phone calls & emails stating the same. They are vultures & liars. Stay away. Communication is key- who came up with that one??

Rocky Mountain Restoration is awesome! My water heater burst Saturday morning and they were here so quickly. They looked over everything, took measurements, and set up their fans and dehumidifers so fast. They were very professional and considerate. Lee and Bailey did an exceptional job!

I reached out to Rocky Mtn after some flooding in my home and they were there within a couple hours. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and polite (Rulon, Caleb and Charlie). On the day of wrapping up the work, we had another huge monsoon storm and Charlie went out in the pouring rain to retrieve a piece of machinery, but took the time to set up sandbags to ensure we didn’t have a repeat of the issue. Service and effort like that is extremely rare and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond like this. I would 100% hire Rocky Mountain again.As a follow-up to this review, I worked with Michele W. through the billing process and she was very helpful, responsive and provided friendly service. Paying bills is never fun, but she made it a great experience and worked to get an issue resolved for me, which was greatly appreciated.

We had a water heater leak on us 3 days before family flew in from all over the country for a graduation. Logan showed up that first night, and was very understanding and professional. He went right to work setting up the dryers and humidifiers to ensure the fastest possible drying time. Over the next couple days Dominic came to check up on the progress and kept me very informed of where we were in the process. Again extremely professional, and completed the tear down and clean-up in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone facing an issue with water, mold or any other emergency. Their compassion and sincerity was the key to earning our respect and high review!

I had a water loss in my home and Rocky Mountain was out to assist within the hour of me calling. Their employees were very courteous and professional. Marcos and his demo team were quick and efficient in their set up and his assistant Dominic was very timely and responsible with the check ups and wrap up of process. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and thoroughly when needed. Despite this being an unpleasant occurrence in my home and putting us in an unpleasant funk, Rocky Mountain really did ease the mishap for my family and I. We highly recommend this company if any unfortunate water loss were to happen in your property!

This company did my restoration and seemingly did a fine job, however they broke my garbage disposal and have been unresponsive about fixing it since they have been paid. I have emailed the crew chief Julian (no response) the billing team (Lacee who actually responded once and forward to Julian's supervisor but he/she did not contact me). Several other emails to the company about this have been ignored. They seem to take off as soon as a check is cut for their services, ignoring what they broke. Avoid.

We were connected to Rocky Mountain Restoration by our plumber, and they were responsive after hours, getting us scheduled right away. We had water heater leak in garage, and they had to remove drywall, insulation, and placed a dehumidifier and multiple fans on that one area for a week to dry us out. They came by every other day or so to re-evaluate. They coordinated with the plumber, contractor, and insurance. Kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We had a water leak in the wall adjacent to our water heater. The company came out drilled some holes, refused to open the wall to assess for leak. Long story short they did not find the real leak. It took the contractor and my husband to open the adjacent wall and locate the leak. Plumber fixed leak. My husband had to repair the wall himself. No one assessed the carpet for water damage or pulled it back to assess for mold. This company provided 4 fans and 2 dehumidifiers for 2 days. The charge $4600. Insurance pays half. We are left now with room that needs to be repainted and have new carpet laid. I am still struggling with how the rental of those 6 machines and fact they did not even find the true leak costs $4600. If you have a water leak you may be better off renting equipment yourself cheaper and finding the leak yourself. There was really no restoration or work really this company did. Very frustrating especially when your home owners insurance recommends the company and you are left with a huge mess and have to do the work yourself. Not impressed. I feel like we were just scammed out of money.

We had a small leak in our wall and our plumber called Rocky mountain. The came out same day, immediately started working and reassured me they would take care of everything and they definitely did. Patrick was our project manager and he was fantastic! SO patient with my hundreds of calls and questions, and we were so grateful for him. Cant recommend Rocky mountain enough!

I had a flood happen late Sunday night due to my water heater. My plumbing company recommended them for me and called them to come out. They were out in less then a hour and started tackling the job within the next hour. Raf was the first to show and he was very kind and let me know I am not alone and that they were going to take care of me. He was very kind and personable. Trevon and his team came in and tackled the job fast. They had almost everything cleaned and set up by 4pm. They worked with me around my schedule to come check on the house each day till it was dried out. They were very kind and very helpful. They answered all my questions and continued to come back when I needed them. I'd be happy to refer these guys to friends and family if they needed it.

Awesome company! Everyone here is so helpful especially Julian, he helped us tremendously. I have never been through a water loss before. I hope to never have another one again but at least I know who to call if I do.

Cameron took the time to explain the whole process and always kept in communication with me. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely call them if ever needed again.

Our plumber referred us and they showed up a half an hour later on a Saturday. Very professional took care of the problem immediately! The following day showed up on time and continued the process to get rid of the water damage. They should be finished by Wednesday! So far we are very pleased! Even handled the set up with our insurance claim. Rafael, Nick and Team were very professional and let us know the whole process and answered all of our questions. All our calls were answered or returned immediately.

Super responsive!Brian was super helpful, reassuring, and communicative. Helped me through the process of filing a claim (seeing as I was very unsure of how to go about it). They set up some equipment and then the Project Manager Nick was nice, communicative, and helped me understand the timeline of the work that was to be done.Great experience! I am new to the Phoenix area and our house we purchased months ago had a pipe burst leaking into the kitchen and all cabinets. Got the plumber to put in the new water heater but still needed to address the water damage after a complete 50 Gallon water heater BLOW-OUT! After a great assessment, I was given options by Rocky Mountain Restoration that I could afford. Within minutes, there was a dehumidifier and a specialty heater/ blower pumping dry air into the drywall through tubes into small drilled holes. Fabulous work! Fast! Super reassuring. No big mess. A pleasure to do business with these experts!

Within minutes of when we decided to hire Rocky Mountain Restoration, they were out to our house and began performing measurements and installing equipment for water and moisture mitigation. They checked on the progress daily and when the measurements came in to the required range, they quickly removed all the equipment so our house would be ready for a contractor to restore the original appearance of the damaged area. A job well done by Rocky Mountain Restoration.

They came out for a leak on the garage that had damaged the drywall in the ceiling and told me it was a class 3 sewage leak. That’s toilet toilet waste water.I had another professional come out and found the source of the leak. It was the drain line from the a/c that was leaking. Also set up dehumidifier to pull the moisture out air in the garage during monsoon season…..think about that.Would NOT recommend.

Absolute scammers! We had a plumber come out to check on a leak which was only a wax seal on the 2nd floor toilet. The plumber called Rocky Mountain to come and cut a hole in the ceiling. Long story short... they came out and put 2 holes, 1 hole in our bedroom which we told them not to do. Then they left the equipment to dry out an area that wasn't seriously wet. The bedroom was not wet AT ALL! In the end we had to call them over and over again to come take their equipment, but after receiving a bill for almost $5000 I understand why they left it for 5 days. They charged me for 5 days for each piece of equipment. Our insurance did not cover the costs and without any discussion with us, without sending us a bill, without a phone call they immediately sent it to a lawyer for collections!! I will take this one to court, write this review, report them to the BBB and file a formal complaint to Arizona Registrar of Contractors. In the end I will pay them the honest amount they earned but I will not be scammed into paying $92 for their PPE (gloves and N95 face masks), thousands of dollars for their neglect to pick up equipment, after hours that never happened, an emergency call that was not an emergency, the hauling of debris that did not exist, and many other nickel and dime items like charging us to sweep. NO WAY... It is better to call a handyman! DON'T DO IT

Rocky Mountain came in to take care of the clean-up from an attic water line leak that resulted in water damage to the room below. The manager, Logan, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the processes involved. The work crew was also professional, courteous and meticulous. They worked diligently, made sure salvageable parts were arranged orderly for the finishing contractor, and left the house very clean. The Rocky Mountain team helped to make a stressful situation a little less so and their general concern for ensuring that there would be no subsequent mold issues was very comforting.

Unfortunately, we had a couple of bed rooms and our guest bathroom flood a few weeks ago. Fortunately, one phone call and the RMR team were out to our house within 1 hour of my call to get working on drying out the affected rooms. We have had an excellent experience with JP from Rocky Mountain Restoration and his entire team. We moved to Tempe and within 3 weeks of getting here had a minor plumbing flood that inundated two walls and ruined one floor and our baseboards. Our emergency plumber recommended Rocky Mountain and he have not been sorry!In particular, JP has been a lifesaver to us...marshaling the entire project in an organized and expeditious way. He also caught an expensive not necessary test (that one of their competitors had ordered) and helped us get out of having to pay for it. JP came out within an hour of our call and set up immediate flood remediation for an indoor leak due to a faulty refrigerator water hose. They were friendly, prompt, communicative and very helpful. JP has been professional, responsive (he texts regularly & responds to my questions instantly), and kind...plus he and his crew have put up with our wild dog, crazy schedule, and kids. Rocky Mountain was quick and responsive when my water heater leaked and I had some water damage to my house. Nick was great and explained each piece of equipment as he was positioning and installing it. The best part was that Rocky Mountain takes a preservation approach instead of a demolition approach. Instead of tearing out drywall and base boards and tile, they set up machinery to pump hot air into my walls and into the tile grout lines to dry them out and still keep my house intact. Absolutely excellent! Would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain and Nick to anyone I know who is in a similar situation. Professional, classy, informative, transparent and incredibly helpful.

George Brazil came out for my hot water heater that leaked, soaking a carpet and recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration. They arrived quickly and set up many fans and dehumidifiers that were so loud, I could not sleep. The electrical cords were run upstairs to plug into my stove outlet, so I could not use the stove for 4 days or stay in home due to noise of machinery. Project manager sent someone else to remove machines, did not put the door back on, that they removed. I have not heard from them since removing machinery almost a week ago. Never contacted my insurance adjuster as they told me they would. Never sent me a report regarding water damage or if it was resolved. Just left me hanging...

One month after purchasing our first home, I walked outside and noticed water coming out of our brick wall on the carport. Called the plumber and because the home was built in the 50's we were told we needed a restoration team to come out and would have to have our wall jackhammered to access the leak. Nick showed up on time with a wonderful team who helped explain everything very clearly. The whole team took apart half the kitchen, sealed any rough edges so my toddler would be safe to crawl, then set up fans and dehumidifiers. We expected a 2-3 week start to finish but with Covid and some cabinet rebuild issues we are now at the start of the rebuild phase a month out. Doing dishes in the bathtub became too much after two weeks, so I called and they were out the next day with a utility sink that made a huge difference. Nick has answered every question and helped us navigate the steps to ensure insurance has what is needed and we are on track to finally having my kitchen back. I was genuinely grateful for Nick's hard work and guidance while we worked to find the right contractor/company to rebuild our cabinets. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration, they were very professional, thoughtful and every technician and person I've dealt with has gone above and beyond and been very kind.

We had a water line blow out just after the Christmas holiday. Rocky Mountain Restoration was able to come out that day to begin the process of drying out the water damaged areas. They were incredibly professional and had great communication throughout the process. Our project manager Jaren H. was great to work with and kept us informed throughout while also helping to discuss what was going on with the insurance adjuster to keep them apprised of the situation. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration.

Obviously it was an emergency with a water leak. Service was immediate and seemed to be going well, however, we were assured the repairs would be completed to our satisfaction. The job was not completed, we were left having to find another contractor to complete the job. Phone calls were not returned. Text messages were not returned.

The team leader Dillon was the best thing about the experience. I enjoyed the low key way he handled everything and his follow through was first rate. I spent 33.5 years in the military and would have loved having a half dozen people with skills like his. Teamwork and communication are the keys to a quality experience and Rocky Mountain manifested and delivered a quality performance, taming the whole event and smoothing out my stress level in the bargain. A good choice that I can recommend.

I am compelled to reconsider the original 5star review and re write ,for this company, and for my own growth as a human being who practices forgiveness and humility I will use ref: Disney's movie Bambi ie: Thumper's fathers rule.They did show up, fast as they could. When others failed to even call back as promised.They did go through the motions , as prescribed for this kind of thing. And let me just say here, that I genuinely liked the guys who came. They were friendly and helpful , tolerant of me and my constant questions (even after hours and on weekends) so again , nicer, more energetic, and ambitious guys I've yet to meet. ...butTruth is, I was asking the wrong questions. I made some assumptions even in the face of logic. To be fair to myself, ive never had a flood in my house before, so its a new thing, and unfamiliar thing...lots of equipment and they move fast.Now, at the end of it all...Value of services rendered , decrease greatly after the sale is made. Dont know who wrote that, but its certainly true.I hope that's its just lack of over sight, maybe just poor training? Of lack of it?No doubt how ever when details aren't given the attention deserved- damage can be much more than would be normally. In the future for thise guys I like, I hope they slow down, check the boxes, make sure each step is done right, even if it means doing the last guys job...( whos going on a weeks vacation that morning and wants his truck with the big water extractor on it)...over again. Because it matters. And now you know it. Lessons learned all around, for your next customers sake I hope you remember.-As for me, probably gonna call who ever the insurance company wants me too use. Guessing its not gonna be RockyMountainRestoration. PS. To Nicole, I think thats your name, ..maybe look for a new line of work ...customer advocate, you are not. Our home warranty company sent a plumber who recommended this company and said they were the best. I had the field inspector come out who was helpful in getting things started but definitely over promised the service being provided. Also a lot of things done so can bill high to the insurance. When the project manager came out at first seemed knowledgeable but that quickly shifted to avoidance and no communication. He would tell me a time to expect people they would either show up 2 hours late or two hours early it really never mattered and turned into a whole day appointment. We were promised they would return shortly or they were on there way which turned into the next day, and the next day, and so on. So after all the no shows, lies, and lack of communication they recommend a GC to redo the bathroom that had a leak. That was Liberty Renovations LLC and wow talk about a scam. They again tried to over promise and under deliver and take the insurance money and run. Come to find out after researching them the GC has owned 4 different companies in 3 years and has run off with money or never finished a job before. I say this to show the people they work with because Rocky Mountain told me it was a sister company(kind of concerning). Best part when I told the GC I was going to get a second opinion because all of a sudden the numbers changed and on a 18k bid the GC was taking 17k and leaving just over 1k for material for a custom shower. Haha. They might have good people that really care and will do the right thing here and I’m sorry for sharing this because not trying to hurt you but had to share the very unfortunate experience that I had to endure working with your company and sister company. It’s a shame how careless and thoughtless some of the people you work with are. Anyway almost two months since this all started and I am still without a master bathroom due to the incompetence and carelessness of letting you start this process. Left three messages and still never a call back and why I am taking my business elsewhere from you and your sister company.

Long story short, this company was used. They did bad to little work, and charged alot for it. They damage property, and call it a day. Then they go and charge alot, and heres the best part. They can put and will put a lean on your home.A friend used them, and was screwed. They took majority of my friends insurance claim money, and now he has to buy the materials himself, and redo dry wall, and flooring. But hey guess, I will go and help him out with the labor. No thanks to this company, we are now in a time crunch, because it's his new home. And he wants to spend it there with family over the holidays.

This company is awesome !!! As soon as they were called they were at my house within an hour. They assess the problems and immediately set up the equipment to control any further damages. These guys were awesome. Our air handler in our attic leaked all over our ceiling and Rocky Mountain Restoration came to fix it all up. Jaren was the person we saw most. He was responsive, very professional and did his job very well. He also recommended someone to come and fix our air conditioner which also worked out nicely. I was especially impressed by how excellent he was with our young children. The company worked with our insurance and made the process very painless.

This company was amazing in helping us after our shower pan broke. They worked swiftly to get the demolition done and were wonderful at communicating with us about everything they needed to do. This included always sticking to the schedule they had made with us. If they couldn’t make it on time, they always called to explain why and stated when they would be able to get here. We had about 2 inches of water flood the back of our home at 2am on a Sunday morning. Called Rocky Mountain later the same morning and Dylan was at our home by 10am Sunday assessing the damage and beginning the restoration process. We had some roof damage due to heavy rain and water leaked down a wall/carpet in our master bedroom. We called and Logan came out that day. He was very professional, set up dryers, and a few dehumidifiers to help dry out the walls. He checked in on us a day later, helped us with our insurance claim, contacted a company to come out and check for mold, and set us up with a contractor to repair wall/ceiling. Even after the entire job was finished, he called to check on us and make sure we were satisfied.

Had a leak in the wall of a water pipe to washing machine. The plumber was able to locate it at the exact location on the wall about 4 feet from the floor. He needed to cut several holes in the dry wall to repair the leak.Rocky Mountain Restoration tested for mold and asbestos and tests were negative. They brought in drying fans and air sanitizing equipment and tested it for about 6 days until completely dried.Arranged for Liberty Remodeling to patch the drywall holes, repair and replace the baseboard, and give the walls (2 sides of the damaged wall) 2 coats of paint.Everything was done as expediently as possible and I am very pleased with the excellent work.

He was friendly and answered all of my questions as he inspected for water damage. We were fortunate it was small. RMR referred us to a contractor for repairs. Extremely prompt and responsive when it counts..Our experience started off on a very positive note. They were quick to the job and the gentleman that we met with presented himself as our primary contact, guided us through the insurance notification and communication, and we were able to get the work begun immediately. Unfortunately, over the next 10 days, they sent a different person to our home nearly every day, only one of which ( near the end ) could even cite the standard they were attempting to meet.It took over 3 weeks of our insurance carrier and RMR trading calls and exchanging information regarding the work performed to get things understood and resolved. This being the first time we have made a claim of this nature we were not sure if this was to be considered normal, but in the end it was worked out to everyone's satisfaction. As to the dealings between the company and our insurance carrier, there was a bit that could have been better in regards to communication but RMR was able to effectively communicate with us and address any misunderstandings when it became apparent there was a problem.The work performed was professional and they were very prompt and attentive. At the end, the only complaints we had would have been:-communication (We recommend staying ahead of issues by maintaining frequent contact with BOTH your company as well as your carrier to stay up to date and informed)-lack of a consistent individual coming to our home over the course of the service (outside of the COVID issues we are all living thru this would likely have not been a concern in other more normal times)We would recommend this company and would specifically like to thank Lisa, Cassandra, and Kelsey for ensuring that we were taken care of when it really mattered. Without their assistance this would have been a very difficult experience.

We recently experienced the headache of being a homeowner. Our master bathroom toilet leaked to our downstairs office. Rocky Mountain Restoration came in and began the dry out immediately. We had a bathroom faucet flood and needed part of the vanity ripped out and the area dried quickly. Rocky Mountain Restoration came through, with skill for removal and equipment for drying. A couple of days later, we experienced a separate flood in a laundry room, the day of a monsoon. In Phoenix, it's absolutely impossible to schedule water leak detection a day after a monsoon, but JP came through! His staff was booked but he stopped by personally to locate the wettest area so we knew whether to call a plumber or roofer, and then to know which wall the plumber needed to open up. Thanks to JPs extraordinary response, the plumber diagnosed the problem the same day. But most impressive was the show of integrity. When an employee came by a couple of days later to pick up their drying and air filtration equipment, he tested and determined that it needed to stay for more drying. We had already paid a flat fee, and they surely could have moved the equipment to another customer for additional income, given the monsoon situation. But they were committed to making our situation right, even if it meant some foregone income for them. They have gained my trust!

The company claims to be experts that work from start to finish with your insurance company. This was not our experience. We felt they lied and were dishonest. After consulting with other restoration companies we see that they intentionally made bills convoluted and charged multiple times for the same activity. Don't use this company for smoke damage, we thought a quick response was necessary but once something has smoke damage you have time to call and get multiple quotes. Call your insurance agent to ask for a recommendation first and don't call Rocky Mountain.

Efficient, clean, professional work both for remediation and repair. We came home from a trip to a leaking pipe in our bathroom. Our plumber recommended Rocky Mountain. They came and gently removed the bathroom cabinet, attached plumbing and cut the drywall. Once the repair was done by our plumber, we called them back for an estimate to present to our insurance. Josh Smith came and did the pictures and supplied the estimate and coordinated with us and the Cody and Donny who did the repair work in one day - which included drywall repair, painting, grout repair, toilet and sink re-setting. Great job and great communication.

We are very happy with the referral to Rocky Mountain Restoration by our plumber to assist with the demo/reconstruction of our kitchen after a pipe leak within the wall in our kitchen. They responded IMMEDIATELY and sent out Dylan and Jaren to manage the drying process and exposure/access of the pipes. Both were very professional, timely, and provided detailed explanation of the restoration which included contact with our plumber and insurance homeowners provider. They always left our home clean and safe with as much access to areas needed as much as possible. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

Great company. We called them out for a potential leak in our shower. They determined it was just caulking that needed to be replaced and they went ahead and cut the sheetrock to remove the damaged spot, sprayed some anti-mold spray, and gave us some killz paint all without any charges. After replacing the washer valves, Peter, of Patrick Riley Plumbing, discovered some water damage in the laundry room, guest bedroom, and the garage. Thankfully, Peter called Rocky Mountain Restoration and Project Manager, Logan and his assistant Aaron, arrived within the hour. They quickly assessed the situation and placed drying machines strategically. Logan also helped me via phone to initiate the insurance claim. Logan, Dante, and Arron returned each of 4 days to check the drying process. I found each to be very professional, skilled, and very personable. Shortly after buying a new home, I had what I thought was a minor issue with my washing machine flooding the downstairs area of my home. I thought we removed the water pretty quickly, but it was suggested that I have the floorboards & walls checked anyway for water damage. I was referred to Rocky Mountain Restoration because they give free estimates. Jaren, a nice professional young man came to my home, put on booties and took the time to listen to my concerns. From the moment I placed a call, needing a lifeline, after my ceiling collapsed due to an overflowing air-conditioning tray in my attic, they were great. Professional, nice, on-time which is challenging to find in 2021 anywhere, RMR was fantastic.

I thought it was just a small leak in the kitchen, but they took it seriously. They had someone out by that afternoon. JP was great. He set up the blowers and then explained patiently what was going to be done. He checked back with me on a regular basis. Even after his part of the work (the demolition) was finished, he checked in to see if I needed anything. Great guy. He was why I did not hesitate to use Rocky Mountain Restoration to finish the restoration work. Thanks, JP.

Work was good but the company is dishonest. Plumbing Masters referred us to this company to repair water damage from a hot water heater leak. We should have gone elsewhere after it was difficult getting them to communicate with our insurance company. However after they received the insurance estimate, I emphasized on the phone with the manager that if the work would exceed the estimate, they needed to provide more info to the insurance BEFORE completing the work. They spent about 3 hours at our property and charged over $2800 - more than twice the insurance estimate. They are not responding to my complaint about the invoice. I have paid the insurance-approved amount and now have received their notice indicating they will place a lien on the property.

Rocky Mountain is the best! I had a leak in my wall and was referred to Rocky Mountain Restoration to test for asbestos and clean up the water damage. They came out the SAME DAY, put together an action plan to get my home in order. Not only were they fast, their work was AMAZING. My house looks like nothing even happened! I have an odd colored paint and crown molding at the bottom of my floors. They were able to match my paint and molding perfectly to the rest of the house. This is a top quality company! We had a massive leak in the middle of our house that caused extensive water damage. We were referred to Rocky Mountain in the middle of the leak crisis, and they showed up promptly and provided an estimate for us. The service technician, Jaren, was extremely friendly and professional. He let us use a large fan to air out the bathroom overnight, even without a commitment to use Rocky Mountain to complete the job.We ended up not using Rocky Mountain to complete the job due to insurance issues completely unrelated to their company. The next morning I broke the unfortunate news to Jaren that I wouldn't be able to use them for this job, and he remained friendly, professional, and understanding.I've never written a review for a company that I didn't use for a full job before, but felt compelled to highlight the exceptional service I received from Rocky Mountain during the initial stages of this problem. Because of Jaren, I will be very likely to call them in the future if another problem arises.

We were surprised with a tenant's report of water damage to his condo. We were delighted to have Rocky Mountain respond so quickly! Their professionalism and concern for the tenant, property, and excellent communication has given us great comfort!

I had a hot water heater that ruptured and soaked a small patch of drywall in my garage. Plumbing Masters was called after I could not get a hold of my regular plumber P.M. sold me on a tank free hot water heater for $4,400.00. They, without my permission, called this company about fixing wet drywall. I paid Rocky Mountain Restoration $1,400 to drill some holes, rip up a baseboard and put a fan on the area for three days. They left my place a mess. I was told to call a handyman to repair the damage. Next time I will wait for my regular plumber and not call Plumbing Masters.Follow-up: After talking to Kelsey at Rocky Mountain Restoration, I was promised a refund of $500.00. At his request, I edited my review.

We had a cracked drain under our kitchen island. Called RMR and they assigned Adam and Patrick to the job. They came and explained what the process was and were there with us every step of the way. The quality professionalism and responsiveness of these two employees was great. They both are assets to your company.

I did not start out having a good experience with this company, but after a serious hiccup on their end, they made it right. Two of the three pieces of equipment that they left to dry out the damaged area in my garage after a water heater leak FAILED for 2-1/2 days before they realized it. Everybody has things that go wrong - I understand that - but it's how you handle it afterward that determines your character. I had some back and forth with a manager that my complaint was bumped up to -- what they wanted to charge me was not right, in my mind -- and I was very unhappy with the outcome of that. He gave me a song and dance, in my opinion, and did not take responsibility. Finally, after a couple of emails and my original bad review here (which I'm now amending), Kelcey, the Ops Mgr., called me, acknowledged their original failure and their bungling of my complaint, and said they were charging me LESS than I had requested to pay! Yes, that's the way to handle a legitimate problem! The original call to Rocky Mountain Restoration was for a middle-of-the-night emergency. They were summoned by the excellent plumber that I called, and Rustin from RMR came right out, thankfully, and he was wonderful, both then and throughout. So...ultimately, I'm revising my original review and saying that I would recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration. (If you have any problems, keep going up to the top in any organization. That's where the experienced, common-sense decision-makers are.)

The 5 stars is for the water mitigation side of the house. We had a pipe leak into the house, and they were here promptly to help with the dry out. J.P. was instrumental at keeping us calm and making sure that we were taken care of. He kept in contact with us every day, made sure that we were doing okay, and kept us in the loop while our walls were drying out. Any questions we had, he was more than happy to answer. I Had a drain burst in my home. I called Rock Mountain Restoration to clean up the mess and damage done. Logan Bone came and took care of the water mess and damage done to my kitchen. He cleaned up the water leak and started the sheet rock drying. He came bak several times to make sure everything was working and had to jack hammer the tile to get to sheet rock. He made a very trying and stressful situation less stressful he took care of everything and left everything neat and clean. Rocky Mountain restoration was called out when my water heater broke. The girl on the phone who took the call stated that the service person would call before with an estimated time for arrival. Jaren Holmes did in fact call before and arrived when he said he would.When Jaren arrive he was very pleasant and helpful and checking what water damage there was. He reviewed everything with me in detail. I live in an older home and the water heater installation had to be brought up to code so it ended up being more than I was planning. In addition, since my home owner’s deductible was a large amount I could not do the restoration at this time. Jaren offer and put a dehumidifier for 24 hrs for free!! The inspection was free along with the dehumidifier!He said that Rocky Mountain restoration wanted help customers anyway they could.This shows me what kind of company this is and how customers come first before money!!I would strongly refer anyone to this company! You don’t find many companies like this anymore!

The stainless steel hose on my kitchen sink faucet sprayer, unbeknown to me, was leading back down the hose for quite some time down to the bottom of the cabinet. I called my insurance man, he said I will get you someone out there this evening. Restin of RMR came, explained the process, then Dillion & Patrick called the next morning, said they were on their way. They arrived on time. I found them both to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. When a sudden rupture in a pipe in the wall in my kitchen led to my plumber calling Rocky Mountain Restoration, I was thankful when Landin got here so fast with drying units and hepa filtration fans. I was impressed that the dry wall was checked for asbestos since no other remodeling company had done so and when it tested positive, Landon was promt in getting a remediation team to my house. He continued to check twice a day until the space was dry and the dry wall was safe to be repaired. Throughout the week and a half it took to dry, Landon kept me informed of the progress. He made a horrible situation less stressful.

My reverse osmosis system broke and flooded my house. I woke up to stepping on wet squishy carpet only to find as I walked out of my room my whole kitchen and half of my living room under about 2 inches of water. I ran and shut the main off and started to suck up the water with my shop vac, when my husband got home from work he grabbed the other shop vac and he too started sucking the water. We called our insurance agent as soon as it open and they gave us the number to Rocky Mountain Restoration. it has been the best by far experience . after a overflow where walls had to be cut away replaced patched and painted as well as trim and molding replaced and matched I could not have picked a better company to deal with . Paint and molding matched . They were speedy and most courteous . I would most definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to any who needs their services This is worth more than the 5 stars I gave as a rating

The other positive reviews are likely fake! Do not sign anything and do not use this company bottom line. They will run their equipment longer than necessary to run the bill up more than necessary, and per the insurance they’re using higher than market price gauging over the reasonable charges and them come after you for them over charging. Their customer service is rude as can be. They also don’t know what they’re doing as a family friend pointed out they had the fans blowing the wrong way in the primary affected room causing them to leave that running longer!!

Had a leak in bathroom ceiling over a holiday weekend. Company was very responsive, very safety oriented with setting up the equipment and cords. Dylan and Jaren were very polite, answered all questions thoroughly.

We recently had a water softener stop working and leak water into the garage and under that wall into the den where our computer equipment is. Monday morning I sat at my desk and realized my feet were in a small puddle of water that was slowly getting bigger. After calling the plumber - they put us in touch with Jaren Holmes from Rocky Mountain Restoration and the rest was smooth sailing. Jaren was at the sight within 30 min., addressed the situation and told us what would happen next and how long to expect it to take to dry out, etc. He was extremely courteous, conscientious, and professional. He got the job done, with great communication along the way. Jaren made a very unpleasant event into a bearable experience, even helping me interface with my insurance company and get the claim rolling. From start to finish Logan with RMR gave us the confidence we had chosen the right company. He was focused, on time, and efficient. So often with this type of service, you end up waiting around or having to completely change your schedule. Not the case with RMR. Our Insurance Company recommendedRMR when we had a flood in our house. 2 hours later, Jaren Holmes from RMR was at our home. He assessed the damage, and started the process to get our ceilings and walls dried out. We had at least 15 machines drying out our home. They even provided 2 large hepa purification systems because of my sons allergies. Jaren came promptly for his appointments and took care of business. I would highly recommend RMR and Jaron Holmes, if you ever have flooding problems.

RMR recently completed a water damage job (bathtub leak) in our home and wanted to share that the job (led by supervisor Nick) was completed quickly, effectively and successfully!

Really expensive. They didn't checked the status every day. Informal in arrival date and time.

They took drywall out and took a piece of my baseboard with them. Then during the insurance claim process they were sending me invoices and trying to get me to pay them instead of negotiating with the insurance directly. When things were finally agreed upon between those two parties, they said that they wouldn't be able to complete the repairs for several weeks. I opted to then fix it myself, which is hard now since they took all the pieces I need with them and trashed them.

Trevin, Nick and their team did an amazing job. Very profession and they showed what other companies no longer show… excellent customer service.
