Before contacting this local family owned business I contacted another company and the price they gave me was excessive, Dream Closet Design AZ designed our closets for a reasonable price

They did a wonderful job. I heartily recommend them.

I hired Response Crew to install track lights in my kitchen. They scheduled installation at a time convenient for me. Their representative arrived on time, was very courteous, and did a professional job. When the job was completed he was happy to answer my questions. A very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Owner courteous, very organized with email job reminders and easy scheduling/contact. Owner assured me workers were vaccinated and handyman worker arrived with a mask and booties so kudos there. However, the handyman worker was coughing the entire time and smelled like tobacco, which I did not care for, being pregnant and a healthcare worker. He was aware of multiple drywall repairs ahead of time, but did not come prepared with any drywall and said he would have to go get it at HomeDepot and come back, charging me for his entire time doing this. He then stated the other dry wall repair would take 3 coats of mud, which would require 3 separate visits, one month apart due to their busy scheduling. Then charged me $10 for the first coat of mud, which was not more than a glob full and certainly not an entire container costing $10. I would have considered this part of basic supplies and I have never been charged for patch compound before. It felt a bit like I was being nickled and dimed. I think being an organized business, he could have arrived more prepared, knowing there were multiple dry wall repairs, as the list of tasks was provided ahead of time. 2 of the items on my list he could not fix. So basically I paid $165 for slightly over an hour of work, with only 2 small items checked off my list and 3 still needing repair. Honestly, felt like somewhat of a waste of time and better to hire a dry waller or DIY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WENT INTO CONTRACT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER ITS GOING ON ALMOST A YEAR NOW. SO MANY EXCUSES FROM OWNER WILL O'FALLEN TRACI PROJECT MANAGER. WHEN I WENT TO OFFICE TO ASK FOR REFUND JEFF WAS SUCH A JERK REFUSED ANY CONVERSATION AND TOLD ME TO GO THROUGH ROC. NOW I HAVE YO SUE THEM GO THROUGH ROC AND CURRENTLY HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM HALF MESSED UP BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO TAKE PROPER MEASUREMENTS. IN ADDITION A DAMAGED DRYER THAT WAS BRAND NEW. SEVERAL EMAILS GOING BACK AND FOURTH PROMISING THEY WILL COMPLETE PROJECT. JEFF HAD THE NREVE TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS EVERY RIGHT BY THE ROC TO FINISH JOB AS IF ALMOST A YEAR INTO THIS ISNT ENOUGH. THEY HAVE BEEN ALMOST COMPLETED PAID OFF BUT 800$ THOUSANDS RECEIVED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY USE ANOTHER COMPANY

I signed a contract with this company on 6/4/21. I met their sales rep at a Starbucks to sign the paperwork electronically. I was told an email copy of the contract would be sent to me. As of the writing of this review, I have yet to receive the signed contract. Due to some unforseen health issues that came up and the need for my wife to have surgery. I contacted the company on 8/4/21 to inform them that I needed to cancel the services contracted. I gave them over 7 weeks notice as the installation was not scheduled until 9/23/21. At that point Amy Ortega called to inform me that there is a 3 day cancellation clause in thier contract and since 3 days has passed, I would lose my deposit of $1,225.00. The total contracted price was $4,900.00. Not a bad pay day for doing really nothing. I asked Amy in good faith if there was any compromise we could come to in this matter? She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Amy did respond to me in a timely maner only to say that since I only gave them 25% of the contracted price, they would not consider any refund. I guess I should be glad that the deposit was not greater. Obviously this company needs the money more than I do. I will in the near future be purchasing a closet system for my wife and will not even consider using this company. They chose the short term gain over the long term gain of the full purchase. The lawyer in me knows this company has no legal responsibility to do anything in this matter. I do not expect to hear from the owner as it appears they only respond to positive reviews that toot their own horn. I am writing this review to let others know what to expect if unforseen circumstances come up and you need to cancel. There is a difference between legal responsibility and moral responsibility.

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.
