I just moved in to my new house (fixer-upper to say the least) and needed a Contractor that new what he was doing. From the moment I met Jeff Finley and his crew to the completion of the job, it was nothing but professionalism at its best. He was very friendly and extremely polite. He was the most knowledgeable and honest Contractor I've ever met; never trying to push any unnecessary expenses. We exceedingly suggest Wise Owl Electricians in Phoenix for their polished skill, speed, consideration to security & detail, and awesome client service. I would not delay calling them once more for any future electrical needs. We as of late acquired a 30-year-old home with 70% obsolete wiring. Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Other than their incredible knowledge & experience of re-wiring, we truly enjoyed the personality of all of the electricians that were included in the work. Thanks once more, folks!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Guys are pretty cool, I'm not a customer of theirs we just work at the same job but overall they're pretty professional great work. Seeing their quality and craftsmanship even tho I wasn't their customer I recommend these guys

Poor communication, even worse quality of work, and most of all their prices were INSANE!!!! It's bad when an amateur homeowner can produce better quality than a educated professional. This would be the worst possible choice for anyone (commercial or residential) to go with whether you're remodeling or building new. Craig cares about only himself, not the customer, and sends his uneducated minions out to do his bidding. Good luck if you decide to use this clown.
