The reason I'm writing this is to suggest you call Safepro. 12/3/21 I spoke with Michael who could have just called told me to come in. He had my best interest at heart, suggested I first call original company who did the work-saved me $$! Rare i find people, business who have the customers best interest. I just had my windows installed in my entire house and I could’ve more happy! The team of installers led by Eduardo Leyva were very professional, courteous and on time and left their work areas spotless and tidy. I got other estimates and window world was by far the best price and the windows are very good quality. I highly recommend WINDOW WORLD!!!

Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean was great in walking through the entire process from initial bid to final payment and warranty registration.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return an email for 2 weeks now.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.

Only work with people wanting 5+ windows changed.
