The technician Skylar came to my home on time, was courteous and put footies on which I appreciated, was personable and explained everything in detail and checked my warranty to see what was covered. I was happy with the service and will use again. Thank you!

This is the second time I've used Lee Collins Air Conditioning and they are great. They are timely and have repaired my unit twice now at a fair price. Last week Matt Shields and his partner fixed my heating/ac unit within an hour. They were very professional and Matt also cleaned the coils without being asked. I will definitely use this company again.

Louis changed all five of our RO drinking water filters. He was efficient and careful, and sanitized each housing with hydrogen peroxide before installing the new filters. I was pleased with his work. I would ask for Louis again next time I need the filters changed. Good job!

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Phil and Kevin showed up on time, had everything scheduled to the minute and did a fantastic job on installing our new Trane system. And ACA had the best price of all the companies we looked at.
