Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.

I initially reviewed this service with a less than 5 start review due to some miscommunication with one of the technicians from the company. I was contacted by a representative of the company who explained that there was a new employee who was uninformed about the procedure and took full responsibility for not training that individual. I was offered a full refund of the service, but felt that was too much as there was a service performed to get rid of the bee problem which worked, if only for a short time. We both spoke about it and I accepted a partial refund. I was also given some additional tips for my yard that I am going to try out. I would recommend them for service as long as the customer is fully informed of what is included with the service.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

Derek is the best bee removal service you can find in the valley. He’s very professional, informative, helpful, and overall just a great guy. We used him twice in two years. We had a swarm of bees start to build a hive in our backyard and he quickly and safely removed them. He’s a no-kill specialist, which is great for the environment. You can tell he really cares about the bees and keeping people protected. If you need Bee help, you need to hire Derek. I won’t ever consider another company, he’s the best in the business.
