When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

Once the approval was given they were readily available to start. They were conscientious about their work, our health and living situation. This year, we hired them for mold treatment. They have been very good to us. We also had a great experience with them last year, with some minor mold remediation.

Really impressed with the service I got after my basement flooded. Restoration 1 of Phoenix crew were incredibly professional and worked very fast to make sure everything was taken care of so more damage wasn't created. They were great!!!

We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

He took the time to explain the entire process to me to ensure that the area was cleaned, sanitized and dry to ensure my family's health and well-being. I had just flew in from out of town for the holidays and to help my Dad with getting his house back in order after water damage. I was shocked that I didn't have to do much due to Integrity Concepts! They saved us time and energy and due to that, I was able to focus on my family. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the team. I liked the fact that they didn't rush and took their time putting my father's belongings in place. My Dad was displaced for over 3 months due to flooding and just been diagnosed with dimensia. While most would've been irritated, angry, or just ignore him, the lady leading the crew listened to him and respected him, even at times when his demeanor was less than acceptable. They put EVERYTHING back EXACTLY the way my Dad had it, even down to a pair of socks! The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars and perhaps the team could improve on is the conditions of the refrigerator. They brought it back from storage with food that's been sitting in it for 3 months without refrigeration. ? But then again, I didn't ask them to clean it so that's also my mistake. Doesn't change the fact that there an incredible team who aims to please and I would hire them again!!!

We used this company when we had an insurance claim due to roof damage from a storm.
If I'm going to be honest, when we first started working with them I was not happy, the two they sent to start damage control were increasingly late to appointments- like appointment time is 10am but they show up at 8pm, kind of late. But I called their office and explained what was going on. They apologized profusely and then acted on what they said. Their restoration and construction teams were on time after that.
Communication was great and the work was outstanding, no matter how often we called with questions or concerns (new homeowners dealing with a leaky roof is scary!) they were polite and responsive.
Im confident now that my Ceiling and Roof are solid, they cleaned up both inside and outside before leaving and were polite.
