They helped with my water damage and restored my home back to normal prior to the holidays. Thank you Servpro and crew for getting my family back in the house so quickly. Everyone we encountered was professional and knowledgeable.

For 3 days, we were fortunate enough to have an incredible crew working in our home, cleaning every surface, working to remove ash and soot. I am beyond grateful for the work of SERVPROs Cleaning crew. Under the leadership of Amela, they cleaned every cupboard and dusted every surface, they cleaned behind bookcases, under beds, on the top shelves of the closets. They were beyond thorough and they did not cut corners. My house has never looked better, which is incredible considering we had smoke travel throughout the entire home. In addition to their amazing work, this team of women were so incredibly kind and professional. I was nervous about having people handling my personal belongings, but they treated my home like their own. We feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with this crew and this company.

I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

Tom was great to work with, he showed up quickly and went to work after we had a water heater leak and create some damage. Thanks to quick response, we think that our damage was mitigated. Keep up the great work!

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. Eric removed the moldy cabinets in my kitchen, treated mold, was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He flawlessly fixed my drywall after the mold was removed and he reinstalled cabinets that he found for me. Eric even matched the paint in my kitchen when he was done, and when all repairs were completed he cleaned the area. My kitchen looked like NEW, like nothing had ever happened.
