Quick response and very knowledgeable staff!

The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Dealing with Amanda and her supervisor has been a great experience. They're both really patient, calm, and sweet. I appreciate the educating Amanda did for me as I navigate this process. Both these women are fantastic at customer service.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! Nothing but great things to say about Paul Davis. We had a roof leak that caused the ceiling in our guest room to cave in. Our insurance adjuster immediately recommended Paul Davis and they were here in less than 2 hours (amazing as it was a huge storm with damage all over). They cleaned up the water damaged materials, set up fans and dehumidifiers, tarped our roof and made sure we we did not get any mold from the water. Michael Rodriguez was especially great, worked hard, was courteous and extremely professional. He stayed until almost 11 the first night to make sure things were right and called me each day until the equipment was removed. I elected to use Paul Davis for reconstruction as well and anticipate continued good experiences.

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did!
