Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew.
