Michael and Chris responded quickly, answered all my question and assisted me with my insurance.

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

Mason C. was great to work with and handled everything very professionally. Jose did really awesome work and was super accommodating. Overall, the service and repair was wonderful and I would definitely recommend and reuse AZ Fire & Water Restorations in the future.

Patrick and his team did an amazing job on the carpets in my home! I got a basic clean with a power scrub and it brought my carpets back to life! Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!
