Setting the appointment was easy, and the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. On the day of the cleaning the pair of cleaners came on time, did a quick walk through with me (all properly masked and keeping social distanced), and got right to work. My wife and I had our house cleaned this week and let me tell it was the best cleaning we have ever had. From scheduling, to the follow up call right before they arrived and their cleaners were amazing. Their brand does represent them as perfectionist and I recommend them to anyone.

They are prompt and professional. I had left my apt unlocked for them but the complex had inspected and locked it. The cleaner was patient enough to call me and allow me the opportunity to call the office and get her access. They could very easily have left and charged me some B.S. fee.
The apt and rug cleaning was perfect. She even cleaned out the storage unit to make sure there were no issues with my deposit.

We signed a contract with Jani-Pro to clean our small business office. They are the worst cleaning company. We complained many times over the last year and there has been no improvement. I then cancelled the cleaning service via email and they kept showing up to clean the office even though I cancelled the service. They told me since I did not cancel with a certified letter that they really weren't cancelled. Who does this? An email is not sufficient notification to cancel. They now say I owe them for a cleaning service that I did not authorize since I did not comply with their company protocol for cancelling the service. Would never recommend.
