So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

These guys have shown up to my house on multiple occasions for various reasons. It's been the same guy each time. Always friendly and smiling with a good attitude about whatever he's about to get into. This last time it was a stuck grinder pump in the basement. A gross endeavor. I had looked for a good plumber at a decent rate for at least a month to get a bathroom vanity connected, the bids that cane back were very high or a few plumbers found the job too complicated because they would have to open the wall and move some attachments. I called Reddi Services New Years Eve expecting nothing and not only did they get me a same day appointment but their technician Chris Groth did a great job of resolving the issue in a creative manner and being transparent about the price.After this great experience, I highly recommend them.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.
