Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

Charles was our service lead and he was excellent with communication and set-up. He always let us know when he was coming with a quick phone call and a 20-30 minute lead if not more. Our house was hit by a car. The crew that came out and shores the house up was great. They even came back the next day to tarp the roof for the incoming rain storms to prevent more damage, which we appreciated. But that’s where the good service stops. I was hopeful because I received a follow up call from the project manager and main office. In this situation there is no such thing as over communicating. We knew we had to wait for the structural engineering report to come back before we got a solid quote, but 2 weeks after the report was handed over we have heard nothing from this company. I’ve called the project manager twice, the office once, and sent 2 emails...all methods of communication have been ignored. We desperately want to get our house fixed and give them the money to do it, but based on the lack of communication I wouldn’t trust them to do the work even if they did eventually return our calls or emails. If anything I’m glad that we realized this before we had them start any work rather than get half way through the process and have them fail us.

The Servpro team was so professional and on time with every appointment! I really appreciate how they keep me informed during every step of the process!

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. They always follow up to make sure they work is done correctly. Won't use anyone else besides these guys!

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!
