Best Flood Cleanup in Phoenix AZ

Needed help ASAP with a flood in our home in the middle of the night and decided to give Doan Restoration a call. I couldn’t have been happier with their response time. Brandyn made it easy to understand what all was needed to be done on the house and is a very hard worker. I’ll be using them for any future floods or fires!

Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix did a great job on our wet bathroom. They were prompt and professional and finished the job to completion.

We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

We had some very serious water damage in our kitchen from a leak that happened while we were out of town. These folks were recommended to us and we couldn’t have been happier. They were always on time and answered all of our questions. The most important aspect was communication. We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.
