Hi, we had a major water leak in iur kitchen. Doan showed up quickly. They dried the floors, set out 25 fans and humidifiers. They were able to save our engineered hardwood floors in the office and master. Their crew was always on time, they all wore masks. I would highly recommend this company. Jakob was amazing. He answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process. Doans are helping us with everything. No worries. This is a great company.

Had Arizona Fire and & Water out to my house a couple months back and would not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time and go with someone else. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Took forever to returned calls and did a poor quality work. If I could go back in time I'd of gone with like Dryfore or a better company with better customer service and quality of work.

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!
