Javion was great assisting me with the water damage done to my home due to flooding he assisted me in a very timely manner and was a great help I would definitely use this company again .

I needed some paperwork from 2018 after my water damage happened. The great part was taking to an employee and getting what I needed when I needed it. The Desert Dry Restoration team is great. Had a wonderful experience last year with them. Since I am selling my home it made it easy to call them and get the paperwork I needed for my home sale. Thank you to the team!

Never thought I’d have to call them for services but glad I did they came in ready and prepared to assist my situation , crystal assessed and started the process right away , Cece was very friendly and efficient while working , and when I called to the office I spoke to 2 very awesome staff Gloria and Nina , very quick to answer any questions and how I was to proceed ,made the process a lot easier thanks .

A leaky garbage disposal created a slimly moldy mess and RMR was awesome to work with! Not only highly skilled in their trades but extremely professional. We were never left guessing as to what was going to happen next, when the techs would arrive, or the overall project big picture.

Juan and Michael were extremely professional and punctual. The two of them were the dream team and they made sure the house was appropriately diagnosed and prepped for reconstruction. Experiencing water damage in your house can be stressful and the two of them worked well around the the plumber, provided reassurance on what steps were being taken, and divulged next steps forthcoming. I would highly recommend using this company and if possible request Juan and Michael to be assigned.

We had a valve break in our bathroom. Waking up to 5” of water. I called AMPM and they were right there. They came in and knew just what to do. We didn’t have to worry about anything they handled I️t from beginning to end. They helped with assisting us with our insurance company and took lots of photos.
