Best Fire Cleanup in Phoenix AZ

Our roof leaked awhile back and Doan Restoration came to the Rescue! We met one of their employees, Brandyn, who checked every inch of the house and quickly took out all damaged items without doing any unnecessary work. They even talked to our insurance inspector/adjuster for me as they were both here at the same time. Will definitely be using them again if ever needed!

These guys showed up on time and worked diligently until finished. They kept me informed throughout the process. I would use it again.

The service provided by Tony and crew for water mediation was excellent response and services provided were excellent as well. The reconstruction crew lead by Matt & Lydia provided all services for the reconstruction in a timely and professional manner. I just wanted to take a moment and thank Rocky Mountain Restoration but more specifically one of their head project managers, David.
We had some loud noises coming from behind our walls that we thought could possibly be a leak or turn in to a major leak because we had some water damage on our bathroom ceiling. David helped me through the entire process and was so professional and kind the entire time. He really went to bat for me to figure things out and if it wasn't for him I honestly don't know what I would have done.
There were other people involved who could have easily taken advantage of me not knowing much about plumbing if it wasn't for him since I had never dealt with anything like this before.
I wish every company you called had someone like him who came to help out. Thank you David for all your hard work to try and help us! I am forever grateful.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I dont have a complaint then you know they they were outstanding because Im very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

Were quick to respond to water damage. Told us what they were going to do and did it. Very personable and professional. Cleaned up and hauled away the damaged stuff. There quick response alleviated further damage to drywall, etc. We would recommend this team to neighbors if they were in need.

I speak very highly of Restore Master, Dan Marks, for his concern for me and my family. The completed work was done in a very timely manner, and every person who worked on my home showed much respect. Part of my home was burnt due to a fire next door. I can testify to the comfort I felt knowing that the work done to my home was done to code. Deeply appreciative.

Good at responding and giving updates

I had spoken to Amie who was very professional and understood my concern about the lack of insulation in my attic. I was told by another company that I had no insulation in my attic which was very concerning to me. Amie sent Sean out who took a look in the attic land discovered there was 14 inches of insulation throughout the attic. I had plenty of it. The other company was just trying to get one over on an elderly couple. Thank you Amie! I will contact your company whenever something needs to done at my home.

The service this company gave me on my mold removal was so good. They're true experts in their field and I can fully recommend them.
