I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.

The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.
