I was awakened in the middle of the night by gushing water and found about 2 of water flowing throughout the majority of my house. I was in a panic and fortunately called Doan Restoration. Ricardo and his crew came quickly and immediately started to remove the water and set up huge fans. Russ followed up for about 7 days until it was completely dry. I was very satisfied with the work of their entire crew - Ricardo and Russ were great!

I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

Our house flooded as a result of a waterleak while we were away over the Christmas holiday. We came back to a flooded master bedroom/bathroom and called them that night. They came out the very next day and began their work. In addition, we were headed to Europe for 2 weeks a couple days after coming home to the flood. Rocky Mountain was referred to us by our plumbers to help us with a pipe that had burst in our home. They cleaned everything up, scheduled all demo and dry out services. Patrick was amazing, he kept us up to date each day on progress. He was polite and friendly. He walked us through every little detail. Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

I liked that they checked the status of our water damage and how it was drying every day.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

My carpet, rugs and floor tiles always look brand new by the time they have done. (I have 2 dogs,a baby and white carpet) I highly recommend their services. I now have my friends hooked on them too! Thanks WMF and team

This company has been amazingly helpful during the insurance process. My adjusters were kind of a nightmare but they were right there helping me the entire time. Brandy came out to my home first and assessed what was needed. I felt comfortable with her. I had one other company come before her that I just had a gut instinct on. So I went with this company and I’m so glad I did. John, the project manager was very helpful. Darrin the owner also was helpful. And the crew was very professional. They did the tear out of my bathroom yesterday. They came back today to get all of their machinery. Each time they were on time. Each time they communicated effectively.
