I would never recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are careless with your items that they are supposed to try to salvage, communication is very poor, and they have very sketchy billing practices. But who cares, insurance is covering everything right? You don't need to actually scrutinize what we are doing. Ha. If you have a choice, unlike me (my insurance brought these people to us, but I made sure I relayed my experience to them so they would never use them again), DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home.
