The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

We had some very serious water damage in our kitchen from a leak that happened while we were out of town. These folks were recommended to us and we couldn’t have been happier. They were always on time and answered all of our questions. The most important aspect was communication. Always responded promptly and we would recommend this company to friends, family and anyone who has a need for their services. Thanks Desert Dry for helping us get back to normal!!!

They came right away to take our water damage right away it was great but 3 months with no floor and they brok our patio door. We asked them everyweek if they could fix it never did anything . poor communication. I would never recommend that we had to hire a different company and they move way faster

We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I've actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. I had spoken to Amie who was very professional and understood my concern about the lack of insulation in my attic. I was told by another company that I had no insulation in my attic which was very concerning to me. Amie sent Sean out who took a look in the attic land discovered there was 14 inches of insulation throughout the attic. I had plenty of it. The other company was just trying to get one over on an elderly couple. Thank you Amie! I will contact your company whenever something needs to done at my home.

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place .
