We had a very difficult and messy water leak under our kitchen sink, which meant a challenging project. We ended up replacing everything in the path of the leak - cabinet, drains, countertops and even the kitchen sink! It turned out beautiful. Cesar did a great job of managing expectations, communicating and even following up after the job was over to touch up on some things to make us 110% satisfied.

This is the 3rd Water Damage that we have incurred and we have used AZ Fire and Water each time. No need for us to look elsewhere as they do an OUTSTANDING JOB from drying out the water damage to making your home look As good or better than before. EXCELLENT! From the drywall and painter Cesar to the people who came everyday to see if the area effective was dry, the people who packed up 2 rooms of our home and put all my nic nacs in bubble wrap better than I would and marked what shelf and where on the shelf I had each item and the one's who lifted my wide and heavy furniture that was not easy to get out of our front door. We offered to help but they had it. All of the many people from the office staff to the one's who came to our home were very pleasant, didn't complain and were hard workers.

Had a collapse of the drainage pipes under the house requiring their replacement. The house is unlivable since the kitchen and bathrooms were torn out to replace the pipes, so it is obvious urgent for work to start as soon as possible. This company was recommended by my insurance company, and had good reviews and said they could start within a week, so I asked for an estimate. They took their time even coming out to look, almost a week. A guy named Joe came out, and I said they’d get me an estimate in a couple of days, but since then I have received nothing but excuses. Around 2 weeks later the office called and said the estimate was ready and asked if they should they send it to me or the insurance company. I told them to send it to me, since I’m the one hiring, and I received nothing. I contacted Joe, and they said he sent it to the insurance company for further review, and refused to even send me a copy. Weeks have passed and my house remains unlivable, and I have still not even received an estimate. Since I have, unfortunately, gone thru this before, I know this isn’t normal. It appears to be a delaying tactic, because they weren’t really available to start work when they said, and rather than tell me, just keep making up pretexts.
I can’t say how their work is since I can’t get them to even give me an estimate! Given other positive reviews, the problem is possibly the representative, Joe, who was assigned to me. Regardless, rather than wait endlessly for these guys to get their act together, I have gone ahead and hired another company because we are tired of staying in a hotel and want our house back!

Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. These guys did a great job at our Assisted Living Home. We had a kitchen flood due to the RO system under the sink and they were onsite in less than an hour to help! They also helped coordinate a plumber out the same day to help fix the leak. Everyone was very professional and our staff was impressed at how efficient they were. Great communication and very helpful. We highly recommend this company.

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.
