Ryan and his team came late at night, vacuumed the water, set up machines to help dry out our house, and cordoned off the area to make the drying more efficient. Highly effective.

We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations. We decided to replace our flooring and insulate the wall that was affected by the water damage for additional privacy between our guest room and the family room, and are now enjoying our new house.

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived.
