Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

This is the worst company to do business with. I was going to remove my tile myself, and was told by the job supervisor that it was not worth my time and that it would only cost $150 to remove it. So I had them remove it. I then decided not to use this company and received a bill for $426. They say that that is just there cost, and they can't answer for the quote that there employee gave me. I haven't spoken to the same person twice about it. They keep passing me around.

I was able to call and get someone on the phone that was helpful and knowledgeable about my issue and how to deal with my insurance. They were honest,upfront and transparent which is hard to come by these days so I am very thankful to Servpro of Phoenix

I feel they did a very good job and 2 gentlemen in particular went above and beyond. My washer and dryer had to be disconnected during the work. Because of medical issues this made things difficult for me. Superman and David Ortega put them back and hooked all up. They are definitely super guys in my book.

My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada!
