I recently needed to upgrade my water heater and after reaching out to several companies I opted to use Simba Plumbing because the owner (Stefan) was polite, responsive and came highly recommended. Stefan arrived at my house ahead of schedule and completed the installation promptly while also taking the time to educate me on a few items to ensure I had a good understanding of the water heater that was being installed. Stefan went above and beyond during my scheduled appointment and I plan on using his services for all future plumbing needs.

Brandon was very professional and gave exceptional service. He was prompt, polite and friendly. Brandon was knowledgeable and proficient. We were pleased that he spent extra time researching our installation issues and helped us come up with a solution that saved us time and money. I spoke with a Pruitt's Plumbing representative on Monday morning and the repair was completed this afternoon. What a great experience I just had with Peerless Plumbing!! I had been experiencing various problems with my plumbing/sewer system for several years now and I finally decided I cant take this anymore. Christian came out (even on a Saturday) to diagnosis the problem. On time, very professional and courteous, Christian allowed me to watch his monitor as he scoped my entire drain system. After reassuring me there was no damage to my drain lines, he offered his advice as to how I might correct the issues I was having on my own. Last, he told me that since he was already in the area and found no damage or need for repairs, there would be no charge for his time or service that day. REALLY? It is so hard to find a family owned company like Peerless who cares more about doing the right thing and putting the customer first... before making a buck. I expected to pay a trip charge that day, but not with Peerless. Needless to say, Christian and his team at Peerless Plumbing will be my first and only call the next time I need a plumbing solution! Thank you Christian! You guys are the best!!!

I've hired American Discount Plumbing to help us with our office remodel which included moving a bathroom to a completely different location in the office. Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service?
