After an extensive leak in my home, Servpro of Phoenix was called in. Since this is my second home, I was unable to inspect the damage personally. Thanks to the supervisor on the job, I was emailed many photos throughout the clean up process. It was comforting to see the progress being made.

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

The techs at P.D. Were polite and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain the different processes and ensured that my family and I were comfortable while they completed repairs. They were always willing to work around my schedule and showed up when they said they would be there.

We were able to move into our new home due to their assistance. The attic was inspected, the ventilation was improved, and the attic was treated. Our mold problem has been resolved. They were also punctual, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I called them amidst the crazy rain storm on Wednesday evening as one of my clients homes became flooded. Within an hour Brandy put a crew together and they responded and began the cleanup process. We had our water heater flood in the middle of the night and quickly tried to clean up the mess. The next morning a plumber came out to take the broken heater. The plumber recommended a gentlemen to us and about 3 minutes later he was on our door step. I felt very uncomfortable about the process with the plumber and immediately set out looking for a different company. I read some of A.S.A.P. reviews and gave them a call. I can't even describe how at ease Josh and his crew made me feel! He did such a wonderful job communicating with us and going above and beyond by checking on things throughout the process. He was even very helpful with the insurance interactions. The room that was damaged turned out beautiful! They made sure the work was done right and done well. The carpet they replaced in the damaged room makes me want to redo the whole house :). Everytime someone has mentioned water damage in there home I have recommended Josh. Thank so much A.S.A.P!!!!! (P.S. Sorry it's taken me this long! This review was long overdue. Side note: The Sauhrita police department has enjoyed the smell of cinnamon! And they are very grateful! Thank you Josh!)
