Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!
