We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

When Adam and Will came out it was very stressful, my lower level flooded when we were away for 2 days! They were prompt and professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a long process, but it was bearable. I can't say enough about how well they worked together and how comfortable I felt with them coming into my home. They had integrity and were always ready to work and did everything they said they would do. That meant a lot to me. Thanks you guys and Service Master!

We hired water fighters to fix damage caused by a leaking window. It must have been leaking for years because the wood was all rotted out. They took care of everything including replacing damaged wood, repairing the stucco and painting. They did an awesome job. It looks brand new. I'd definitely hire them again

Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

In my line of business I want to work with a company that is ethical, fair in pricing and can produce quality work. All the above items mentioned RT1 has been able to meet. Working with Austin has been great. He is knowledgeable, professional and he follows through. I highly recommend RT1 you will not be disappointed!

Paul Davis Restoration Co.is a first class operation. The Operation Manager, Dave Kiesgen, supervised the entire restoration process of my home from start to finish. He is a very pleasant and patient person to work with. Every technician that came to work on my home was very polite and courteous and did a great job. Chelsa and her packing crew were amazing. The crew carefully packed and hauled away my furniture. The crew is a pleasant group and hard working. I recommend Paul Davis Restoration Company very highly!

WMF is affordable and upfront with their pricing. No extra cost surprises and are very professional. They make sure that your furniture is not damaged when they are working.

They repaired damage caused by the water heater leaking. They made it look brand new. I would recommend them highly.

They tested for mold in our house last month. That evening, the crew worked for many hours collecting data, assembling tools, and checking the air for changes in humidity. They eventually succeeded in finding the mold.

Both Jose’s were great. They cleaned everything and made it look spotless.

This company was nice at first. They were there right away. Helped us get into a hotel. And started our house right away. Come to find out they sub contracted the work out and are trying to charge us 80,000 just for demolition and clean out in our house! Also they kept saying they would send this or that or call us back the following day we had to call them back after a day and couldn't always get a hold of them.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

My Wife and I recently purchased a home in the valley and less than a year in the piping failed causing water damage to several rooms of the house. ASAP Restoration was able to handle the repair and restoration involved in both a skilled and highly professional manner. Their services and care for their customers is detail oriented and second to none. I will definitely use them in the future for my home repair needs. Highly recommended!
