Best Flood Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Doan Restoration was a great help to a horrible accident of water in my home. Chandler was very professional and friendly on each visit. He explained everything they were doing and showed me all of what he found. Doan Restoration also helped in fighting the insurance company to help make sure this was covered. Thankful for all that they did to help in this not so fun process.

I needed some paperwork from 2018 after my water damage happened. The great part was taking to an employee and getting what I needed when I needed it. The Desert Dry Restoration team is great. Had a wonderful experience last year with them. Since I am selling my home it made it easy to call them and get the paperwork I needed for my home sale. Thank you to the team!

After a bad monsoon we had water in our living room. We called Phoenix water damage and they were able to come out same day, which was great. Robert was on time and made sure our house was nice and dry. I would recommend them and use them again. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY WORST MANAGEMENT

When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

Eric is always available to answer any questions you may have! He helped me with a water damage issue that was pretty severe. Super grateful.

We had a water leak in our wall and had exemplary service from Mario and David at Restoration 1. They were here daily to clean up our water damage and dry out our house. They were very polite and were fantastic about letting us know when they were coming. I would use them again if we ever needed this service.

This company was nice at first. They were there right away. Helped us get into a hotel. And started our house right away. Come to find out they sub contracted the work out and are trying to charge us 80,000 just for demolition and clean out in our house! Also they kept saying they would send this or that or call us back the following day we had to call them back after a day and couldn't always get a hold of them.

Had the unfortunate displeasure of using Go To Services.
Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.
