At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. Our house flooded as a result of a waterleak while we were away over the Christmas holiday. We came back to a flooded master bedroom/bathroom and called them that night. They came out the very next day and began their work. In addition, we were headed to Europe for 2 weeks a couple days after coming home to the flood. They worked with our family, set up a lockbox, and provided us updates on a daily basis. We had a great overall experience and are very thankful for their work!

We hired water fighters to fix damage caused by a leaking window. It must have been leaking for years because the wood was all rotted out. They took care of everything including replacing damaged wood, repairing the stucco and painting. They did an awesome job. It looks brand new. I'd definitely hire them again

We were strung along for 3 months with very little to no communication. We were lied to about a permit delay (was never actually requested). They sent paperwork asking for payment because admin thought the project was almost complete and work still hasn't been started. Today we received a call that the foreman quit awhile ago and they can't do the work. They blamed COVID, but COVID doesn't mean you can't be honest and return a phone call. Zero follow through, zero transparency- many unreturned calls and not one minute of work on the house.

I recommend Servpro. They came out as soon as I called them, had the fans rolling and wrapped up all my furniture and did all the work after. David Fox was so nice and helpful, showing a lot of respect and professionalism.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

One side of our patio door was shattered by a rock while landscaping was being done. There was a large hole and glass everywhere. Our insurance company gave us the phone number for Jenkins Restoration. Our call was answered immediately and a young man, Adam, arrived at our home within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the glass and securely boarded up the door. We were pleased with the job he did for us.

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

I can't stop bragging about this roofing contractor and their incredible employees, the work they've done for me has always been exceptional and the service I get from them is amazing. Thank you for the hard work!
