Best Disaster Restoration Services in Phoenix AZ

I was not told that they don’t repair damaged walls until after they billed me. I was told they would remove damaged walls then come back to complete the job. I was then referred to another company to finish repairs. I guess I need to look up the definition of restoration in Webster dictionary. I feel taken advantaged of.

This company has been great with all the damage restoration services. We had a fairly serious water damage problem this past week. Water damage repair cleanup Phoenix had a team over to my house within an hour of hanging up. They were fast, easy to work with and made the insurance company get on the same page. For water removal, extraction and restoration service, this is the best option in Phoenix AZ.

They did a great job with deep cleaning and duct cleaning after we had work done at the house. Thank you!!

They were professional and very responsive. I was able to reach them at 4:30am and they were home by 7am. They took care of everything and also dealt with the insurance directly. I would recommend them for any water damage clean up

On Thursday, June 4th, 2020 we came home to a flooded home due to the toilet water supply hose breaking. I called Arizona Fire and Water to come and do the cleanup. Their reviews seemed rather good. Although we had to relocate to a hotel for the next five days, we felt confident that they would do a good job. We handed over a set of keys for them to use. They told us that they would be using a lock box on our house. On Saturday morning I returned home to pick something up and I had forgotten my keys at the hotel. I called my partner to tell him to call AZ Fire & Water to get the lock box code so that I could get in. To my surprise, they had not locked our home and I was able to enter without my keys. Anyone could have walked right into our home once they were gone. We informed them of their HUGE oversight as well. Upon entering I noticed items missing as well as damaged. They did inform us of damaging our bookcase which was unrepairable, but they did not inform us of other damage.
Once payment came due our insurance company requested verification for overcharged services and materials. AZ Fire & Water would not comply. This information was requested at least three times. Every time they did not respond. One of the fees was for HAZMAT PPE. We were at our home for a few hours before we left for our hotel on that Thursday and did not see one employee of AZ Fire & Water doffing HAZMAT PPE. I work in an industry in which I knows what this is. Jeans and shirts are NOT PPE.
Once they determined that our insurance company would not pay the $1500 overcharges, they came after us for payment. We told them that they had the chance to get paid. They threatened a lien on our home. I expressed that if they tried to do that, we have enough evidence to defend ourselves in court. I had to file a police report for my missing items as well, as they are valuable and very sentimental. They have not to this day replaced our damaged items or compensated us for the items that came up missing.
I would NOT recommend this company.

Came in and eased my mind , crystal informed me of what was going to be happening answered all question I threw at them with professionalism and knowledge, crystal and her coworker cece were fantastic , helped elevate the stress of my unfortunate problem , definitely will use their services again .When I called to ask some questions the receptionist Nina was friendly and helpful directing me to Gloria who was very nice and knowledgeable , will use their devices again .

Nick was very professional. He walked me through every step explaining what would happen during the process.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. I had a hot water pipe spring a leak. I was referred to this company by my insurance. Adam was my technician. Several blowers were needed to dry out the water damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

I do not recommend this contractor. They did carpeting for Nationwide and we have a dispute over the thickness of the carpet and now learn that the sample that was taken to test was discarded. The woman Tara was condescending and unprofessional when we tried to reach a resolution. The flooring company was A All-Rite Floor Covering.

The Restore Master team were fast ,honest and reliable . A+ service ,highly recommend this company.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

We had a valve break in our bathroom. Waking up to 5” of water. I called AMPM and they were right there. They came in and knew just what to do. We didn’t have to worry about anything they handled I️t from beginning to end. They helped with assisting us with our insurance company and took lots of photos. Their technicians were very knowledgeable , respectful, and understanding. This is huge when your world has been turned upside down. Thanks Guys

Frank and Greg were OUTSTANDING!!! This was an awful situation and they not only made me feel like we were in good hands, they proved it ! Cost was not astronomical and work was amazing! Using them in the future for sure !

We were able to move into our new home due to their assistance. The attic was inspected, the ventilation was improved, and the attic was treated. Our mold problem has been resolved. They were also punctual, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I recommend BOR to anyone I come across who needs their expertise! They are the nicest, most hardworking, honest company! I trust what they tell me, and their work always comes out amazing!

I have had the pleasure working along side with them on multiple losses. They definitely have top notch customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who goes through a loss in their home!

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.
